I was introduced to elevess at this highland park med spa. I first received the 75 min aroma therapy facial that was so soothing I almost drifted off :) They offer VelaShape as well. Its the next gen and the ONLY FDA approved cellulite and circumference reduction treatment ( look on their web site) . So if you have un shapely spots this is a solution right here in dallas. Give them a call, its affordable, and soo nice.

My last trip to Serena was about a month ago for a vibraderm procedure. The aesthetician basically burned off skin from the bridge of my nose. When I returned back the following day to complain about the procedure the aesthetician said she over-exfoliated the skin and should heal in 3 days. It's been a month and it's still healing. Yes, STILL healing. Someone at work asked if I had fallen off of a bike. You go to Serena expecting to look better when you leave. Next time I will go to a medical office for any procedure! Beware!

I wanted to tell you about my experience with Serena MedSpa. I had gone to a famous and extremely advertised cosmetic surgeon in Dallas for Botox and Restylane. It was a horrible experience, it hurt and I and the Dr was rough, harsh, impatient and unkind. I was bruised and swollen for weeks. I had decided not to ever do any of it again until Karim from Serena Medspa contacted me via email in response to a prior inquiry I had made, and offered a free skin analysis. I went and from the moment I walked in Serena, it felt soothing and relaxing. I have worked with Karim, Christi and Karen and they are all wonderful and make you feel special and beautiful. I have now had Botox, Restylane, Vibraderm(makes your face so soft) and Foto IPL at Serena, and I will simply never go anywhere else for any of these types of treatments. Everyone at Serena makes me feel special and appreciated and they explain everything very patiently which is so important to me. Their prices are reasonable and I absolutely trust them with my beauty needs. I know they care, it's obvious and that is important. The facility is clean and relaxing and inviting. It is the kind of place that you want to go when you have a chance to pamper yourself. It is WONDERFUL. I recommend Serena Medspa. Don't waste your time and money looking or trying other spas. Serena Med Spa was a great choice for me to try Botox for the first time.The staff is friendly, caring, and informative! Being that I had never tried anything like this before, they took the time to explain everything, make me feel comfortable, and answered my questions with much expertise. I was very happy with the results and am definetly going to utilize them for future treatments. The Spa Manager, Amanda, is great with customers and made me feel welcome. They definetly take care of you and have an interest in ensuring you get the results you want. I would highly reccomend Serena to anyone seeking a great experience and competitve pricing.

Serena Medspa is amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the inviting atmosphere and the warm welcome I received from the spa manager, Amanda. I had started to show signs of aging and wanted to do something about it. I had the Visia skin analysis done to my face. Although it was shocking to see all of the damage I had done to my skin, I was at ease because the spa director, Karim, thoroughly explained what the analysis meant and created a treatment regimen so I could repair the damage I had done to my skin. I began to get Vibraderm treatments and I have already seen fantastic results. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledgeable staff and will continue to have all of my treatments at Serena Medspa!

How is that??? Change as you wish ;-)

This message is for every woman who wants to feel more beautiful. I
mean seriously who does not want to feel like a head turning show
stopping hot mama? I know I do and that's why I have been going to
Serena med Spa for over one year now. There is nothing more gratifying
than knowing there is a place I can go to relax, pamper and heal from
the stresses of this life. It's those stresses that wear on our face and
age us too!!! When my skins feels sun kissed and tired I get an awesome
vibraderm abrasion and viola m polished up and ready to go! They have so
many procedures to choose from. And not only do you get to look better
after your there, while your there you rest on a temperpdic bed, with
the calming sounds of water and ocean in the back round. And did I
mention the signature cucumber water???Yummmmmy The staff is amazing and
the owner Kareem goes above and beyond to make every one feel SO at
home. There is a serious human element here that is so hard to find in
Dallas. Serea med Spa is more than just a place to go to get a botox

I was introduced to Serena Med Spa through a banking relationship. Karim, the director of operations, convinced me to come and try Serena. After many years of going to other spas for all types of treatments, there is no comparison to the experience and outcome that I have had at Serena Med Spa. I initially went to Serena to begin laser hair removal. After several treatments at other spas with little results, I was very leery but decided to give laser hair removal one more chance. And with only a couple treatments I have already seen significant decrease in hair growth. The laser used at Serena Med Spa is far more superior to any others I have ever been treated with. In the past the laser used at another spa, was more painful and less effective. I have highly recommended family, friends and co-workers to visit Serena Med Spa. From the first time that I have walked into the spa, I have been so comfortable there and have been made to feel quite at home. Sonia is one of the best Aestheticians that I have ever come across. She makes you feel so comfortable and is there to answer any question you may have. In fact we are already discussing additional spa treatments for me.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the wonderful staff at Serena spa in Dallas for the special treatment I have received this past year. After botox, fillers and various laser treatments at your location i have found myself not only looking better, but feeling better too! As you know, I recently took a short trip with a wonderful man I've been dating for several months. One morning he looked at me and said "you look young". Wow, what a compliment. I won't say my age, but this was huge. In another conversation, a neighbor recently said: "She (meaning me) has always been good looking but now she is hot".

Oh my goodness! I just got a filler on my laugh lines called elevess. It is amazing! It has a numbing agent in it and is a little thicker than restalyn so it goes further and has less pain going in ( actually no pain) . The nurse that did the injections was fab too! She had a fantastic bedside manner and when I was done we were both so pleased with the results we had to show everyone in the office! Serena Med spa has a offer for Halloween week that is unbeatable! What first attracted me to Serena Medspa was the Vibraderm procedure. It?s a painless procedure that achieves the same great results I received from Microdermabrasion.

I want to share my experience and results with Serena MedSpa because I am so impressed and my results were trully second to none that I need to share. I am a model who moved to Dallas recently from New York and as a model, I have always done botox and some derma fillers, like restylane and juvederm. After moving here I had tried several places for these services but was not as satisfied. One day a friend recommended Serena MedSpa because of her own experience what the unique ambiance they offered. Initially I was a bit hesitant, however, I first decide to pay them a visit to inquire and see the place. I was welcomed with such integrity and respect that I decided to do schedule an appointment for Botox and Juvederm. On the day of my appointment, the nurse, who does the procedure (who is also a trainer for such procedures), answered all my additional questions and really put me to ease. And my results from the! se procedures were totally incredible. I have been to the best plastic surgeons in New York for Botox and have never got results and the care that I received at Serena MedSpa. Within matter of days, I started seeing the results and was extremely pleased with it. My experience and results were so outstanding that this is the only place I will go to now and highly recommend it to others. I went to Serena Medspa after a friend recommended it and was extremely pleased. Their Aromatherapy Facial is simply out of this world! Its like no other! The facial begins with you on your front, and the therapist does a mini back massage which feels wonderful. Then she has you turn over and begins the facial. The product line they use for the facial is fantastic.... a European line called Decleor. It is a smell good, feel good, total relaxation facial. I was so impressed, and totally enjoyed the experience. I've never had a facial this good! The esthetician had made you very comfortable and did a great job. The atmosphere of the spa was also very pleasing; small details making a big difference. Right from the cucumber water to the stunning flower arrangements, and soothing music. I had Vibradermabrason with Sonia today and it was wonderful. I have had microdermabrasion before and truly enjoyed this procedure alot more. Sonia was very open about what she was doing and explained the procedure fully. I would definetly recommend going to Serena Med Sap, it is welcoming, relaxing and oerall and enjoyable place to spend an hour or more.

I visited Serena Med Spa on a recent trip to Dallas.....and I can only tell you that it was one of the best Spa experiences I have had in a long time. The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgable and they made me feel very comfortable. On my first visit I experienced the Ultimate Rejuvenating Facial.....my skin absolutely glowed and I left the spa feeling completely relaxed. I was so happy with my experience there that I went back a few days later for the Vibrademabration treatment. It was absolutely wonderful and I noticed an improvement right away in some of my fine lines. I'm hooked! I'll definately be back!

On October 7, 2007, I went to a seminar booth hosted by Serena Med Spa and asked to be counseled about Botox injections to soften the lines below my eyes and crows feet. The Serena Med Spa representative told me that the Botox injections would help to get rid of these lines by paralyzing the muscles that make these contractions. I paid Serena Med Spa $240.00 for Botox injections for this purpose. They said the Botox would take effect in 10 days or less and would last 3-5 months. The Botox never took effect. On October 19, I went to the Spa and showed them that I had no paralysis in this area whatsoever. The same representative said that she saw what I was talking about and said that for $75.00 more, she could make the lines go away and that the Botox would really work this time. I told her that what I really wanted was my money back. She and the manager refused, so I went home and took pictures of my eyes with total muscle movement. Serena Med Spa has refused to refund my money and now wants to fix the problem with more Botox at full price! I have since come to find out that Botox that is injected anywhere except between the eyebrows is not approved by the FDA and is considered to be "off label." Additionally, the FDA has warned Botox not to advertise that it can help wrinkles anywhere except between the eyebrows. I went to Serena Med spa for Botox shots because they have a doctor on staff and expected to be counseled about these matters (otherwise, why have a doctor do the injections)? Serena Med Spa defrauded me by telling me that Botox would be effective under my eyes, even though the FDA will not allow the makers of Botox to advertise it for this purpose. They were unsympathic, dishonest and mean.

I went to Serena Medspa for laser hair removal for several areas including upper lip, underarms and bikini. I went to Smooth Solutions previously for 2 years and did not get satisfactory results even after at least 10-12 treatments on my upper lip and bikini area. After spending my time and money and not getting the results, I did the research and found out that the type of laser used makes a huge difference in the results achieved. I found Serena Medspa after researching the laser technology that would be most effective and produce optimal results on hair removal. That is Syneron's Elos Technology. Serena is one of the few places that offers this technology for everything from Laser Hair Removal, to FotoFacials, Skin Tightening and Laser Vein Removal. My first visit to Serena was wonderful. I was so impressed at the ambiance and atmosphere. It totally takes you away from the stresses of life and relaxes you. From being at the previous laser hair removal place which was a no frills, red and purple decor, and very clinical setting I was pleasantly surprised. Serena's setting is very high end, without high end prices. Their prices are very affordable and have great payment plans. Serena provides alot more value for your money. Aside from all of that, after only 2 treatments on my underarms, my hair has already significantly reduced. Laser on the bikini area is very bearable. You the choice of applying lidocaine to the area, which definitely makes a difference. The Elos technology from Syneron is gentle; the the laser handpiece has a larger surface area, thus, treating areas more quickly, and effectively. The aestheticians are sensitive to your needs, make you feel comfortable and at ease. I was so happy with the laser hair removal, I have since tried several other treatments including Botox, which I am SO happy with! My forehead is wrinkle free! Their Aromotherapy Facial which has become my favourite. I hightly recommend Serena Medapa.

I live in Toronto, Canada, and came across Serena Medspa on one of my visits to Dallas. I originally went in for a facial, which was fabulous, however I also asked about their laser hair removal. Every medspa that I had been to in Toronto told me there is no permanent removal for white hair. I was surprised to hear the medical aesthetician tell me that white hair can in fact be treated and removed. I decided to try the treatment, and was very happy. I come from Toronto to visit Serena Medspa for my treatments. I have had 4 treatments so far on my face/neck and the results are amazing. More than half the hair is already gone! I am so pleased. Serena also offers Vibradermabrasion which I love. My skin simply glows and I feel rejuvenated after the treatment. The product line used in the spa is second to none. I have very sensitive skin and the IS Clinical product line has been great for my skin. Even as senior, my skin looks beautiful The staff, ambiance, customer service is wonderful. They cater to your every need. The travel from Toronto is worth it! Thank You Serena for your excellent service.

If you are looking for an extremely positive experience and amazing results, this medspa is the place to go. I have done laser treatments, chemical peels, and vibradermabrasions. I have always had problems with acne and after my treatments I have really clear skin. Now I just go for a treatment every couple of months. Also, the vibradermabrasion is a very relaxing session. For the laser hair removal, I am really impressed by the aestheticians. I have done laser hair removal at other places and it has always been a rough, painful experience. At Serena, I don't dread my appointments as they always make me as comfortable as possible and continuously gauge my level of pain throughout the session. Also, I have never experienced any burns, marks, scars, etc. and my hair is almost completely gone (I have a few sessions left). I highly recommend Serena medspa, you won't find any place that matches the service you will receive there.

Karim is one of the owners and he consulted me ( very kindly) on laser hair removal. It's a touchy subject for me and he made me feel better about the choice to do it and showed me many different ways I can make it affordable as well. I have seen many 'specials' out there, but I can tell you , it's not only where you go, but who you trust. if you are looking for a compassionate service for your beauty needs, I would highly recommend this Medspa to everyone. This is a beautiful and amazing MedSpa. Walking in you feel like you are in a serene, safe place. The first thing that caught my eye was the table with the beautiful orchids floating in panels of glass and water. The touches of natural beauty in this med spa are perfect. This Medspa is warm and inviting while being a great place for not only Women but Men as well. It?s hard to capture here on this page, it?s such a fantastic medspa , I wanted to try everything! They have a room for each different treatment, like laser hair removal ( ask about the payment plan offer, it?s very affordable), Botox, or teenage acne treatments, perfect for a mothers day gift or special occasion gift! I chose an aromatherapy facial today. This one is focused on the holistic side of the mind and body aspect of pampering. It starts with a warm mini massage on your back, then the different layers of facial scrubs and pampering starts ( I think we did 5 different masks) . The whole experience lasts for a full 75 min for only $135! AMAZING value! The Gal that worked on me was fantastic as well! And if her beauty is a sample of what taking care of yourself can look like then I am on board! Her touch was so gentle, that if you close your eyes the facial feels like caresses. Pure Bliss! My skin simply glowed after and I felt refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of my week. You just have to go and see this for your self. It?s tucked in on across the street from Starbucks in the Preston Center . It?s perfect if you are on the go and want to shop, drink and eat after because of its location. If you are from out of town get a map and make this a destination. It reminded me a little of Sausalito in California where the spas are quaint and tasteful. Another world ?.. Go now! WOW! What an "Experience".

I called Serena Medspa for microdermabrasion and chemical peel and I learnt about this new procedure called VibraPeel. I made an appointment for a free consult and then decided to have the treatment done. The first treatment and I was astonished at the results. Wow!

From the moment I arrived to the spa, the treatments, the staff and the ambiance to the time I left, it was a total satisfying experience that I will remember forever! What topped it off was the results I got not to mentioned, I loved their cucumber water! You should try it!

Since then, I have had a FotoFacial and a Massage and what can I say I am hooked on this place. I have also scheduled an appointment for Botox and Juvederm.
