Armando is the best! He groomed my Jack Russell Terrier, Tinker the last 18mos of his life (he lived to 18yrs). In the end Armando groomed him in my house because it was too hard for Tinker to get around. A&D never rushed us and were always there to lend a compassionate ear. They are very professional and caring. They give the highest quality treatment to their customers. Armando is a very gentle and patient groomer. If you want the best then he is your answer.

FANTASTIC! Truly!
Professional, w/convenience and courtesy.
1st time, NOT our last.
Armando & Denise are a great team.
We've done the Vet grooming. Our dog was there for hours on end. Traumatized.
NOT with Armando.
No waiting in a kennel for hours on end.
That, in and of itself ,was a relief.
In less than an hour, our dog was bathed and groomed ready to go home.
You really HAVE to try this to believe it.
Grooming done right, BIG TIME!

We are extremely happy with our first visit from Trim Down the Hound! Our Maltese, Connor, came home looking great and feeling relaxed and happy. Armando was caring and patient with Connor. He obviously loves animals! He suggested a cut and delivered exactly what he promised. The van arrived promptly and looked extremely clean. We are relieved to have found a groomer we can stick with! We love Trim Down The Hound! They groom our little morkie,Murray and Maltese /Yorkie,Jenny,and do a fabulous job.The care they give our dogs is wonderful,and both dogs love to see the van pull in our driveway.They are very prompt and have some setup,your dog is treated like a movie star! Highly recommended and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have known Armando since I was 8 and he has ALWAYS loved animals so it is no wonder that this love has translated into his profession.
With that, I have to tell you how beautiful Morby, my baby girl, looks. Everytime I get her groomed elsewhere, they have to trim her down low...which always leaves her looking like a non-breed specific male puppy. She is a 15 y.o. female Sheltie-mix and I LOVE her hair.
Armando not only cleaned her nicely - she likes to roll in dirt - but he took the time to trim her so that her length was maintained....she looks absolutely gorgeous. She looks like a Sheltie.

I have a mini-poodle Champagne and if she's happy and pleased, then so am I. This was our first appointment, Armando came this morning and I told him what I would like and he did exactly that - she looked beautiful! But what was the clincher was the way Champagne reacted to him and played with him, which she has never done before with the two other groomers I used. Not to knock them, but whenever she was groomed and I picked her up, she was running and pulling me (all of her 9 lbs.) out of the place.
Here she actually ran to Armando - that was the winning factor! And this was AFTER he goomed her - that told me a lot. I always go by an animals instinct and this one is a winner!
Well worth the price - convenient, on time and listens to you and makes suggestions. Told Armando to have Denise call me so we can 'lock in' our next appointment, which I know she will do. Thank you Armando, thank you Denise and THANK you Krystle (MiMi's mom) for the recommendation! Gail & Champagne

Best groomer I have ever used. My pooch looks great and the service was so convenient. Setting up an appointment is easy and the folks that run this business are incredibly nice...thumbs up!

I have a 1 year old golden and I did a lot of research to find a groomer that can make him look great. I took a chance with them and i was very lucky. They were on time and very nice!!!! My dog looks great and I would recommend them to everyone. they got me for life.

Our six month old Shih-Tzu Dakota... finally got the hair cut she really needed. Denise worked with my scheduled and kept me well informed prior to their arrival. Once outside I handed them Dakota and she came back looking... GOOD, Smelling GOOD !!!!
Armando and Denise can't wait till our next appointment.

My baby Kazhmere (shi was very afraid of groomers secondary to bad groomers. I as her owner was never satisfied with the grooming cut or service.. However, " I CAN SEE THE LIGHT".. Armando has a great spirit that makes you comfortable with leaving your babies in his hands.. Also, His work hs like viewing a classy piece of art...and lastly Armando listen and tries to fullfill your request..if the request is impossible he communicates which is great quality to have.. If there are any doubts.please don't hestiate.. Give him a chance and you will have a great experience:)

My yorkie Coco was groomed by Armando, and I have to say, she looks beautiful! I went to four groomers in the past and no haircut ever came close to the haircut Armando gave my dog. For the first time, I was not only satisfied, I was happy beyond words. He asked me what type of haircut I wanted, and he sure delivered! I won't go to any other groomer. The best dog groomer I have used. My Shih Tzu Gizmo was in very bad need of a groom. Armando came and did a great job on my dog. I will not use any other groomer from now on. If you want your pet looking great and a kind and patient groomer then call Armando and Trim Down The Hound. You'll never use another groomer.

Trixie is a nine month old Shih-Tsu who looks beautiful every time Armando grooms her. I've referred her to four friends who have dogs and everyone is very happy. Trixie's tail starts wagging when Armando pulls up in the truck - he's very kind and patient with the animals. I don't hesitate to recommend him.

What a wonderful job done by Armando! He did a fantastic job grooming my 11 month Shih-Tzu CoCo Chanel. My baby was looking like"Best in Show" when he was done! He and his wife were prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

Trim Down The Hound, the best. I was amazed at that fact that they come to you home (SO CONVENIENT). My Dog was down and out, looking a little Ragedy! Then Armando came and Saved my Baby!! It was LOVE all over again! Thank you Armando! Can't wait til out next appointment! VEE!

Just had my persian cat groomed by Armando I highly recommend
him he was great with my cat smokey he will be my groomer for now on. It was very convienent to have him come right to the front of my house.

I had problems with so many groomer I was never satisfy with the work they did. Once a groomer left my dog looking like rat I was so disappointed. My aunt saw this van that said Trim Down the Hound, she went up to it and ask him for a business card. I decided to take a chance, He groomed my dog exactly the I wanted, it was amazing. If you want your dog groomed the way you want, call Trim Down the Hound he's the best at what he does.
