She's Knoxville's Ace of Cakes. I dare say you could ask for anything carved or made out of cake or handmade figures for the tops and she could do it. Worth every single penny and more, tastes amazing and the little figurines she makes last forever on the shelf. I dunno what she puts in that frosting, but it's addictive.

Our usual custom baker backed out two days before our daughter's 6th birthday! She wanted a princess-themed cake, which is great, but her BIRTHDAY is on VALENTINES day...Not exactly the best time to try and find a custom cake in Knoxvegas. I called Sugar-bakers and the gentleman there recommended Creations to me. He couldn't say enough about her, and then I find out why...Extremely personable on the phone, and made suggestions I wouldn't have thought of. I asked if they did any stuff for VDay for the wife, and yes! she asked if the wife liked truffles. What wife don't like truffles in a box for VDay???! So I ordered both (two days before, remembers) give all kinds of info to contact me and then I relax. Something about talking to her on the phone and you know she knows how to take care of business.She delivered everything to us and the cake was simply unreal. I mean, yes, I could have called Magpies and spent $300 for the same thing, but I got the most beautiful, tastiest cake me or my guests have ever seen or tasted.To the truffles: I slipped those in the car (cold weather in Feb in TN) to surprise the wife. Big fancy bow, pretty little box and then she opens em! I swear her eyes rolled back in her head with the white chocolate ones and she shared half (one half of one) with me. For joy she gave me a morsel! Unbelievable is all I can say.I got 12 hand made fine chocolate truffles in a designer box, a princess cake for 50 people, DELIVERED TO US----for less than it should have been.Try Creations. They're drop dead wonderful!

We ordered our daughter's baby shower cake from Creations. I thought at first the price might be a bit high, but I was in shock when she delivered the cake! A beautiful sugar bow graced the top of my daughter's two tier cake and the colors were perfect.
When our guests saw the cake they were bowled over, but I always heard a cake that looks good wouldn't TASTE good. WRONG! THIS CAKE IS FRESH AND SCRATCH AND THE ICING....OMG.
Try her you won't be dissappointed. No one else will ever touch a cake I order. The price is worth it!

Best cakes ever, best prices!

We had talked with several of the "local" bakeries trying to get a quote for our wedding cakes. All of the ones we talked to wanted $1500 for our wedding and groom's cakes. "Creations" (Judy) quoted us $850 for both cakes and we jumped on it! We had asked for four flavors of cake along with 4 fillings, and we got exactly what we wanted. The cakes tasted really good and looked beautiful.
I wanted his groom's cake to be a 3 dimensional cake with a special design, and she made it look great! Our guests were definitely impressed! The staff at the resort commented on how friendly and professional she was with her delivery, too.
She gave a great instruction sheet and complete contract with her cakes, too, which was really helpful.
Mark and I highly recommend CBJ (Judy) to anyone who might be looking for a cake.

After searching for a baker who could accomodate our small and intimate wedding size, and also who would deliver our cakes to a remote cabin at the very top of a mountain in the Smokies, we thought we were out of luck. Then we found Judy and her wonderful "Creations By J!"
She made us the most absolutely perfect cakes, and delivered and set them up at our remote cabin location. She was so sweet and professional with our family and wedding party, too. She makes everyone feel special and cared for.
The cakes were not only beautiful, but they tasted like pure heaven. She didn't blink when we asked for special flavors and designs, either. Her prices were especially reasonable for the level of cake design we requested. She even made a special little snack cake for my new husband and I to take with us on our honeymoon, and enclosed a beautiful note for us in the box.
Order from Judy and you will NOT be dissapointed! We recommend her to everyone who needs a dessert.
