My husband passed away in March of this year and among other things left me a fairly sizable coin collection. In order to monetize the collection I went to several coin dealers in the Las Vegas area to obtain bids for the entire collection. Of all the bids I received Andrew Rosenberg, owner of American Coin Express, offered me about 15% more than any other dealer in town. He even offered to send several of the rarer coins out for rating to be sure I was treated fairly. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Rosenberg and his staff for the time and effort they put in to evaluate my coin collection. His honesty and concern for me will never be forgotten and for that I thank him from the bottom of my heart

As an avid silver and gold coin collector I have found American Coin Express to offer the best prices for buying and selling all types of standard and rare gold and silver coins. I always enjoy chatting about gold and silver with Mr. Rosenberg and benefitting from his many years of experience and advice. I enjoy the more informal atmosphere at American Coin Express and have been treated very fairly over the years.

My experience with American Coin Express over the last few years has been excellent. The staff, especially the owner, Andy Rosenberg, is very professional and knowledgeable. The array of inventory is as good as I've seen anywhere in the United States. Silver and Gold coins, collectors paper money and even rare casino chips are displayed throughout the store. They run a low overhead operation, unlike most other similar stores in the valley, which allows them to offer the best prices for selling and buying product. I highly recommend them to any interested collectors.

The staff, knowledge, and prices at American Coin Express was extremely impressive. They treat you like an individual and make you feel very comfortable. I bought a lot of silver from them then the next day, saw some ads on-line from stores back east and in the south that wanted A LOT more for the same items! Their prices are great simply put! I also saw their listings on EBAY and again ,saw wonderful prices for sale on "buy it now". They have a HUGE number of feedback's as well and noticed they have 99.5% positive feedback out of literally THOUSANDS of customers!! Very impressive you guys! Check these guys out if you live in or visit the Vegas area!!

When I went to the new store in Green Valley, I realized that this place was really going somewhere. I don't think I've ever heard about a coin store branching out to multiple locations, until now! That definitely gives me the impression that this company has a bright future, because I have been collecting coins for many years. And their selection is fantastic. If they DON'T have something, they will order it for you! I like that "full service" feeling. Definitely 5 stars!

I won a few bids from this place on ebay and decided to come in to save on the shipping cost, they have really cool stuff on ebay and even a bigger selection in the store. They said they are opening another location real soon cant wait to see what they'll have there.

I first went into this shop about 4 months ago, and the experience has only gotten better with time! They have a very friendly staff, and they know everything there is to know about coins! I will never go to a different coin shop again!

I have been collecting silver coins (from Morgan dollars to Eagles even silver bars) for a while now and just found this place on Meadows lane. They almost always have something for me to buy, and if they don't they have a request list, they have called me twice already to let me know that they got more silver in. Great service, great people and a great place.

I've only written 2 reviews about great service in the past---one was a restaurant, the other was a salon. This store, however, sets the standard. I live in Vegas during the summer and I paid a visit recently to American Coin Express to buy a gold coin as a gift for my nephew. The gentleman who helped me was absolutely a joy to do business with. He showed me what to look for in a quality coin, and coin collecting isn't my niche! The price was much cheaper than I thought I'd be paying. I am so very impressed with this shop!! I have another birthday gift to buy soon...I'm DEFINATELY buying it here! Visit this store---I think you'll be very glad you did!!

The staff at American Coin Express helped me purchase some lovely Christmas silver bars for gifts. Not only do they have an Ebay store, but they have a great selection in their Meadows Lane store. I've also been by the Sunset location, and the staff there is very knowledgeable. I'll be back again to purchase more items.

The way the economy is going these days we are all in need of some cash and i mean fast cash, i called two other coin shops before getting in touch with American Coin Express, i kinda got disappointed with their prices so i said "ok third time is a charm" and boy was it, talking about TOP Dollar! I now have money for gas and then some. I am really glad that was my last stop. Thank you.

I just got back from American Coin Express and the prices to buy and sell are just bad(off by 10%) compared to the local market. I will not be returning. Also the counter guy gave me a high pressure sales pitch, very uncomfortable. What a bad experience.

I usually dont take time (or have the time) to write reviews for companies or their customer service, however i have been in customer service for many years and have had such bad service with so many places that i actually gave up on people being nice, then i get a coin from a friend who says it might be worth something so i call the first number i saw in the yellow pages which was for American Coin Express, when i called they guy was extrememly professional and took his time listening to me and then kindly gave me directions to the store,when i got to the store i was pleasantly surprised to recieve the same treatment in person, they were very patient with me and gave me a very fair price on my coin. Thank you so much, other places can learn from you. This is how customer service should be, it makes customers want to come back and i know i will.

I live in California but visit Las Vegas quite often. I paid a visit to American Coin Express and really liked what I saw. I brought in a list of Peace dollars and Barber quarters I needed for my collection and immediately noticed how friendly and helpful the staff were. The coins I chose were extremely well-priced and graded exceptionally well. They also took the time to chat with me regarding the gold and silver markets. I was so very impressed with this business that I've already handed out the email address and website address to a few friends and relatives. I've been to a few other coin shops in the vegas area, but got the most for my money and the most for my time at Amer. Coin Express! Thanks fellas, you've got a loyal customer for life!-GM

I've been collecting coins for 23 years and have lived in Vegas for 15 years. I recently visited American Coin Express for the first time and was so excited about their store and their overall product, that I felt inclined to sit down and share my experience with insider pages. First off, I do plenty of research when it comes time to sell any of my bullion gold and/or silver. I telephoned 4 different coin shops in Vegas and the guys at American Coin express offered me the most BY A MILE!! One guy...some rather rude gentleman at a place called Nevada Coin & currency, was so low on his offer that I actually let out a very spontaneous, rather loud laugh. He then proceeded to defend himself by insulting me more. I know any intelligent person can and will form their own opinions....but do your homework and I think you'll see the guys at American Coin Express are the most reasonable buyers. I just found out from one of the staff that they are opening a 2nd store this fall in the Green Valley area. It will be a very welcome addition!!!

I first went into American Coin Express about a month ago, and have been back several times since! It's so great to have a national coin dealer set right here in Vegas. I also love the fact that they are open 7 days a week, something other coin stores simply do not do.They also have a great return policy, which again, most other coin stores can't claim. They have a very friendly, helpful staff and an AMAZING selection of type coins!! I have found my new coin store!!

I shopped all the dealers in Las Vegas and I found American Coin Express to give me the most attention and top prices like I would get at a coin show .What also impressed me was they are also members in good standing with the BBB and Las Vegas chamber of commerce .They might have jealous competitors but find out for yourself .

Must see coin shop!

This coin shop is amazing, i found coins i have never seen before and the prices are very fair compared to the other coin shops in town. They have two locations now, one on Meadows lane and the other on Sunset Rd. I visited both locations and they are great, i do most of my selling at the sunset store and the buying at the meadows. Great coin place to check out!

Came all the way from Henderson to see this place cause i heard a great deal about this store from my fellow coin collectors. I love the selection, honest grading, good prices. I added to my collection. Cant wait till they open their Henderson location next month.

I had shopped around town and online for a reputable Coin Dealer to sell my Grampa's Coin Collection too and had been to several coin dealers over the last few days when i went in to American Coin Express. I had just left a coin dealer on West Sahara where i got and appraisal of $6,730.00 for my coins and currency. I offered to show Rick (i think that was his name) my coins. He thumbed through my 4 books of Morgan Dollars and said "The market is pretty low on these right now. Even so I can give you 950.00 for the books." OMG! It takes a lot to get me to sit down and write about my experience with a business. I only do so when i think the service is exceptionaly good or really really bad. Well this coin store is the worst. There should be a 20/20 story done on this place. I just feel sorry for the unsuspecting ones that went before me....

I went into American Coin Express twice in the past week. I met the owner, and two other employees. They took time out for me to answer my questions in detail and were very professional. I bought a few coins, naturally, and was very impressed with their prices and knowledge! It's nice to go into a store and be treated as a person and not a dollar amount. I also found out that they are open 7 days a week, which I noticed other coin stores in Vegas can't boast about. I recommend this shop very highly for buying or selling coins and also for its very helpful staff!!!
