After 1 month of working out and eating correctly the weight started to fall off. I have more energy and feel great. I think I eat more now than I did before. Now I have dropped nearly 40 lbs. My knees and back have never felt better. I would tell anyone starting to exercise to use a personal trainer as your spring board to a healthier lifestyle.

I've had a few personal trainers over the years...the best thing that I can say about Mike is that he truly listens. He continuously asks what my goals are, wants to know if they changed, and then creates training programs to meet those goals. And throughout he has been attentive too whether or not I may be pushing myself enough (or too much ?? which is just as important).

Also, a non-high pressure, non-meat head approach, unlike the trainers you find in most gyms. I'll continue to use him and recommend him to anybody.
