DO NOT USE FLOOD SQUAD!!!! We had terrible service and are still waiting to get money back. Tried to take John Presson to small claims court and he has since moved and I can't find his address. If anyone else has had problems please contact me and maybe we can figure something out. My email stevesellinger@hotmail.com

I paid to have my carpets cleaned and furnace room cleaned out, but neither job was done properly. I had to hire another company.
I was tricked by the owner/ salesmen on hiring them.
Lastly, the company keeps changing it's name. I wish someone in our government or local paper would investigate them.
It's a scam....

Great Company

Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.

Terrible

The promises were great; unfortunately, it turned out to be a bunch of lies.
I wish I could post the pictures of the work they did or did not do. Our ejector pump broke in the basement and we paid them to clean up the storage closet and clean the carpet.
When they left there was still toliet paper in the storage closet and they didn't clean the carpets. I asked about the carpet and the owner (John Presson) said that he did not have the proper equipment to clean carpets, but still charged me.
Why are you selling this service if you don't have the equipment to clean? He could not answer.
I would recommend that everyone avoids this company.
They go by a few names so be careful.....
