R & S House Cleaning

I have tried other big name cleaning companies and hated the way that they would clean my house. I happened to find R&S House Cleaning and spoke with Rose. She is very professional and cares about how her company is run. She was able to work with our crazy schedule, which is very important. The girls are very detailed oriented. I am very picky about how my house is cleaned, but they have exceeded my expectations. The prices that are charged are very reasonable for the service that is provided. I am very glad that we made the switch and plan on being a client for a very long time!

They clean everything: baseboards, window sills, doors and the door knobs, light switches etc, etc, etc. The owner Rose always calls or sends an email to make sure that I am always happy with the services, I am always traveling so I sometimes need to change the cleaning day and they never say no as long as I am the happy client they are fine with my crazy schedule. My house always smells great and looks great. The cleaning girls work really hard and are always so nice and respectful. I have to admit I am so happy with this cleaning service I want everyone to know about them and try them.

My sisters have been using Rose's company for about three years. My cleaning girl got married and decided to have a family and I started looking for a cleaning service. Rose came by gave me an estimate for the initial cleaning which was a bit expensive and then gave me a very reasonable bi-weekly rate. After the initial cleaning I realized that my cleaning lady really did not clean she just made it look like she cleaned. These girls cleaned everything and they do the same type of cleaning each time they are here. Rose is wonderful she came on the first day showed the girls the house and what she expects of them and makes sure that I am always happy. Thank you for the great work, I am telling all of my friends and co-workers about your company, keep up the great services.

I am a stickler for great customer service, Rose the owner really is from the old school of customer service she is just wonderful and knows how to run her business and train her employees. The work that they do would cost double in other cleaning companies. Her prices are very reasonable for the type of service that they give. I am very happy that I have found this company. I am extemely picky about how I like my home clean and they have made me happy each time so far. Thank you for the hard work, with this company I know I am getting my moneys worth and more.

I've had cleaning people in the past and I've always been disappointed... not with R&S! I'm a clean "freak" and it's all done to my satisfaction. Love them!!

The owner as well as the individual who is assigned to complete my bi-weekly cleaning make sure I know that they work for me and that I am to let them know if things are not done satisfactorily. Other services that I have had in the past don't make you feel secure in stating your desire to have things done a certain way. It's more a matter of this is my routine in any and every house I enter. Not with Rose and her ladies. They really pride themselves on cleaning well and to your satisfaction. They are super!

Rose, the owner, is always available when you call. She is prompt and flexible with my schedule. Elena, our cleaning lady is always careful with furniture and decor and she is willing to work around my toddler's nap schedule. My bathrooms have never sparkled so much and they stay much cleaner much longer! She comes once a month and it is perfect for our house! I have already recommended this company to other friends in my neighborhood!

I am happy with the cleaning services from R & S, I have been with them for almost nine months, I stayed with them because they are very efficient, reliable and the ladies are very respectful. They do a wonderfu job to make sure that my bathrooms are disenfected, the kitchen is grease free, there is no dust left anywhere and that my hardwoods are cleaned properly. They clean a little longer than other companies but the work is much better. Rose the owner stays on top of things by calling and or stopping by unexpectantly to check up on the crew to make sure that the work is being done right. The ladies do need to speak better english, but I have to admit their work speaks for them. They are extremly hard working and they seem to be happy to work for their employer, that means alot. Rose you and the ladies are doing a great job please keep it up.

Just as promised by Rose my entire house was cleaned from top to bottom, corner to corner. I am very pleased with the deep cleaning that the girls gave my home today. The girls worked extremly hard to get my house into great shape for the regular bi-weekly cleanings. I am too busy with 3 kids, a husband and part-time job to clean the house as well as I would like to. Rose is wonderful, she listened to what I wanted, set the schedule to my preference and gave me a rate that I was happy with, because I told her how stingy my husband is. Thank you so much girls and I am looking forward to seeing you in two weeks.

I am greatful for such people as Rose. She works her business beautifully, she and her employees are caring,respectful, and professional. I was always able to clean my own house but after the knee surgery and arthritis I am limited. It took me some time to realize I need some help in this situation and after many searches and interviews I met Rose. My house was a mess, I can finally admitt it. They did such a wonderful job in the deep clean I even cried a little, because I thought I would never see my house this clean again. I was so embarassed when she first came for the interview, but she made me feel comfortable and explained that she does not judge, they clean and if people did not need her help she would be out of business, so she does not judge any one for how messy their house is because she see's an opportunity to help. Her prices are much lower than the other companies that I interviewd and the cleaning women are so nice and friendly, it made me feel as if I have a daughter and she is helping me in this bad situation that I am in. Rose thank you for making me feel comfortable and not embarassed for the way my house looked. I was very happy with Elena she was wonderful and I am looking forward to seeing her in two weeks. I feel like I have gained a family with the way you and Elena made me feel.

I have to admitt I was extremely impressed by the owner. She was very professional, prepared and delivered on the goods as promised. I really liked the information packet it explained what the cleaning lady will clean and it made me feel good to have it in writing. They were on time, they cleaned every inch of my 3,000 sq foot home and even used some great smelling air freshner after they were done. As promised my hardwoods looked great, my baseboards were wiped clean etc.etc.etc.
My partner and I get to enjoy our weekends and nights instead of cleaning. Thank you Rose. I told all of my friends about you and your crews, keep up the great work and your great rep.. Looking forward to seeing the girls next week.

I am extremely picky. I have tried many companies and private cleaning ladies, I was happy in the begining and after a few weeks I would look for a new company. I like to make sure that my beds are made a certain way, that my furniture be vacuumed just right, my floors are to be with out a spot on them and I am to never see a dust bunnie or a cobweb in my home. I should be able to eat off of my bathroom floors thats how clean I want my home to be especialy if I am paying for that service. Rose did not give up until she made me happy. I tried one cleaning girl after another. I admit that my complaints are not regular peoples complaints and might seem stupid to some people but Rose felt that no matter what I am a client and my complaints need to be taken care of. I am so happy that she did not give up on me and found me Olga. She is wonderful, respectful,polite and very good at what she does. Olga is great and she has been with me for five months now and I do not even plan on looking anymore. My home is spotless and I found someone that understands me and my ocd.

Cons: I wish they would work on the weekends, but I can live with it.

The cleaning women are well trained and have great cleaning expertise. The first lady that came to my home was great her name was Alla, she did the entire detail cleaning for my home one floor at a time. I have a 1540 sq foot home. I loved the way she worked but she couldn't come back for the routine cleaning because she did not work on the weekends. Natasha came two weeks later she was good but she missed the window sills and she did not wash the kitchen sink as well as Alla did, she also missed vacuuming beneath my sofa. When Rose called to check how the cleaning went I told her that I was not too happy with Natasha, she apologized and promised to give me someone else and she promised they would not miss anything this time. The next cleaning she sent me Elena and Inna they did a beautiful job, my teenage son mentioned to me how clean the house smells and looks. I have to admit Rose keeps a great business by being involved in all of the cleanings and she does not give up until her client is happy. Elena and Inna have been cleaning for me for about five months now and I have to admit I am still very happy.

Pros: Well trained employees, has own supplies, and good customer service.

Cons: Does not work on weekends unless its an emergency.

They know how to treat hardwood floors and ceramic tile, these were my main concerns. The owners of the company are very down to earth and know alot about how to clean a house. They train all of their employees and come and check on their work after they are done. My floors look great and my kitchen counter tops are sparkling. I always used one cleaning lady for the past ten years when she retired it was hard for me to find someone that cleaned with a heart like she did, until I met with Rose she explained why she went into this business and how she trains her employees. I can see that she pays them well because they are happy to work for her company. I wanted to make sure that the company is legal and has bonding insurance. I have to say they are wonderful. I hope they stay in business for a long time. Thank you.

I highly reccomend Rose and her cleaning girls.They do a beautiful and thorough cleaning every time that they come.Always on time and get straight to work. I know I can trust the cleaning girls because the owner has general liabiltiy ins. bonding ins. and workmens comp. Rose I love your work my house looks great, feels great and smells fabulous, thank you and see you next week.

I am extremely happy with the cleaning service provided from R & S. I stayed out of the house so that I would not be in the way and when I came back I went over some areas that I purpously left spots on, they cleaned everything and did a great job. My hardwood floors look fabulous.

I feel like a princess since R & S has been servicing my home. My OCD is about cleaning and disenfecting. R & S wipes the doors the handles light switches and baseboards with the disenfectant. The cleaning women are very nice and do their job well. I am so pleased with them that I am going to submit their company info to my manager so that they can clean for our office.

I am very happy that Rose came in to my office and left us the info packet about her cleaning service. She is a very good business owner has great customer service skils and is very reliable. My office looks and smells great, the furniture is dusted and polished, restrooms are disenfected and spotless, and the break rooms are so clean it is a shame to eat there and make it messy again. Rose or her office manager are always poping in to make sure that the cleaning is done correctly and that the office staff is happy.
Thumbs up girls keep it up.

I am very happy with the service that is provided on a weekly basis. I get the same cleaning girl leyla all the time, she is very respectful and gets the job done efficiently. Leyla is always on time and works very hard. Rose the owner always calls and makes sure that I am happy with the cleaning service.

Pros: Excellent service, and unbelievable prices.

Cons: Sometimes there is a language barrier because the cleaning women are all russian.

The service is very nice. Anna and Milla are very nice and do a great job. The house always smells like lemons and looks great after they are done. It is great that Rose follows up after the cleaning is done and that she supplies the cleaning products it makes things easier on me. I highly recommend this cleaning service. I like that the schedule is not set in stone and I can always call and request a different day because I travel alot. Rose is a great business owner and she will be very successfull if she keeps this up.

Cons: Russian is the main language the cleaning women speak, some speak english too.

Both me and my roommate are very happy with Rose and her cleaning service. As a business woman Rose is punctual, restpectful and has exceptional customer service. The cleaning is very good and thorough. We are very happy and request that if you are in need of a cleaning service that gives you the benefits of a big named company but the quality of a private cleaning lady try R & S House Cleaning before any other company.

I have a busy work and travel schedule, and have had to change my scheduled cleaning appointments on several occasions. Rose has always been more than accommodating in working around my schedule, and then fitting me back in quickly. She is very accommodating which makes the entire thing so painless and easy. Rose is absolutely fantastic to work with, and always so friendly.

I contacted rose recently to get a quote. She's the first cleaning service that i used that offered to come to my home to provide me with a custom quote. Most companies will quote you over the phone. She also brought out one of her cleaning girls to review the house with her so she understood the expectations. They did a fantastic job and Rose followed up with me to make sure eveything was the way i wanted it. I like that the same girl will come to my house every week so she understands what i want. They also bring all their own supplies! The prices were much less than the larger "chain" maid services and i'm so happy that i found R&S!

R&S is the first cleaning company that I've ever hired. I feel lucky to have found them and not had to go through many horrible experiences, like some of my friends have, to find the right company. I really love the fact that Rose follows up with me every week to make sure that I'm satisfied with my cleaning. They are always hard working and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone!

Rose and the girls do a wonderful job of cleaning my house. I have recommended Rose to many of my friends who are now regular clients. She also cleans my mother's home and does a great job. Olga does a wonderful job of cleaning my house and is very thorough and accomodating if I need anything extra done. We have two animals and I know that in itself is a big job just getting all of their hair! Thanks again!

Having just moved into a larger house with a husband and 2 boys, the cleaning never seemed to get done. R& S comes in and in a few hours, the house is spotless and smells heavenly. Olga does a great job. I never have to worry that someone will show up for our scheduled cleaning and Rose provides exceptional follow-up. A big thumbs-up from me.

I have used many cleaning companies in the past. Not one of those companies even came close to Rose's professionalism, dedication and the quality of work that she delivers to her clients. Seeing is believing and I am truly a believer. My house shines and smells great for days after Olga is done with it. Thank you Rose and the girls you employ, keep up with the great work. I am very happy with the service that they provide. They are reliable, kind and the cleaning is fantastic. I always have the same cleaning girl, she already knows where everything is and what is expected of her work. The owner of the company calls and makes sure that the cleaning is to my satisfaction, she makes sure to know the clients personnaly and keeps in touch after every cleaning. You do not feel like a company is cleaning for you but like as if you have a personnal cleaning lady. My house always looks great and smells of lemons after she is done. I highly recommend this company because they follow-up on what they promise.
They really do clean with a heart and a personal touch that will make you feel extremely good.

Pros: They provide all cleaning products. They are good with pets.

Mgmnt is excellent. The staff that cleans are on time and efficient. I don't have to worry about theft as they are bonded. If I have been unhappy about a cleaning job the owner takes care of it right away. R & S will work with your schedual.
