Pure Pet Pups LLC

This store sells sick dogs from Puppy Mill States. The owner refused to abide by his contract. Sold me a sick dog from a sick mom. Breeder admitted to me over phone mom has same hereditary condition as my dog. Then his Breeder Network changed their story realizing they might be out their 1200 dollars. Real shady business that's on their way to court so I hope they have all the documentation they claim to have. If I would have known the way this store conducts their business I would have gone to a proper breeder that does not sell Puppy Mill dogs. Beware of this store although I doubt they will be around much longer.

I have never seen a great pet store like that, The owner cares about the dogs, they are very clean. I got a Yorki puppy (Zoey), she is very health, playful and happy at home, Thank you Pure Pet.

I never could walk into pet stores my whole life because of how the store kept the pups in small cages and seemed very dirty and not sociable...well, not here at pure pet pups...Finally, a pet store that loves dogs and takes care of them the right way. They are very well adjusted, sociable, and have room to move around in big cages, and the owners are very loving and helpful. I bought my puppy from them and it was such a joy to my life...plus the owners were always there by cell phone for me if i had any questions...Now that is first class service in my book...Check it out, you wont be disappointed!!!

I've purchased two dogs from Pure Pet and each experience was highly satisfying. I am down to one dog now, my chihuahua, Cody and not because of any deception on Pure Pet. The first, a pug just wasn't a match for me and I found him a better home with a sister pug to play with and a large yard. It was more of my error by not studying about the pug before purchase. He's very happy and healthy.I did go back a second time only to fall in love with Cody and he is also a very happy and healthy dog. We bonded immediately and are inseparable now. I feel so blessed to have Cody. He is truly an amazing dog. His temperament astonishes me everyday. Cody is calm, playful, extremely loving, smart and amusing. He loves everyone and their dogs too. I could not be happier and Pure Pet is top notch in my book. Not just the dogs but the products from beds to food to toys and clothing. All of it. Robert is devoted to taking care of the pups and he even followed up the first time I was in. It was impressive and good business. Thank you Pure Pet for my best friend a girl could ask for. I would definitely refer friends and I will be making another visit I'm sure.

One word comes to mind.. Shady!!
DO NOT BUY YOUR PUPPY FROM HERE! Pure Pet Pups LLC purchases their puppies from dog breeders in PUPPY MILL states!
After having difficulties with my puppy, I found out that my puppy's mother has KCS (which is hereditary if found in dogs of such young age) and is blind in one eye!
After admitting to me that the dame of my new puppy was blind, MidAmerica Pet Association (his breeder network) contacted the breeder and the breeder changed their story so that they could stay in business! Robert and MidAmerica Pet Association are ripping everybody off!! BEWARE! You should never pay thousands of dollars for dogs bread from blind parents especially in breeds that are more susceptible to those conditions.
Having provided Pure Pet Pups with all the required veterinary reports and diagnostics that required the vendor to reimburse for vet bills, the owner violated the State of California Consumer Protection Laws by refusing proper payment. And has no proper documentation to support his refusal.
POOR BUSINESS ETHICS AT THEIR BEST! Even if he was not aware of the way his puppies were bread, he should have out of good faith and proper business ethics reimbursed my money. The bottom line is I tried to do everything according to the contract on getting what is owed to me in the state of California, however this vendor broke the law and will now face the consequences of such negligence.

:)This place makes the puppies really feel at home. The owner really takes good care of each individual pup, their pen mates, there diet, meds, everything. It's important to think more then just buying a dog. Animals are people too(;

The pupppies may be friendly and well-adjusted, but one would hardly be able to tell as there is a sign when you enter saying that if you are not intending to buy, don't ask to hold a puppy. That scared me off. I left immediately. I didn't know if I wanted to buy or not.

Pure Pet is the only pet store that i have seen that actually the puppies seem healthy and sociable. THey are not kept in the typical cage for viewing so they seem more adjusted. The owners are always there to answer questions and it is very clean. THey also get their puppies from only reputable breeders and their choice and prices of supplies is top notch, too Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
