Initially i ordered a mini coach for a group of 34 people but they sent us a 55 passenger motor coach bus which was very comfortable, lot of room for our shopping bags.:) We had a very comfortable ride and the driver was very helpful and friendly. The bus was new, and clean. My church group left the bus with a smile; we will certainly hire Empire again for our future events. I used Empire for my October Wedding, and could not have been happier with my service!!! We had gotten a Limo party bus, because I had 18 people in my bridal party. It was the coolest thing I had ever seen! Bus on the outside lounge on the inside! Zack our driver was so nice and we loved having him be a part of our day. He was courteous and even helped my 80 year old grandma on and off the bus so she could see what it looked like inside. We are lucky she got off the bus! The guy I talked to on the phone gave me a great rate, and was so nice. He promised everything would be perfect and he kept that promise! I even ended up booking a car to take me and my new hubby to the airport! Empire without a doubt will always have my business!
