.

I spent a year overseas and had asked MARY FARMER to do my expat taxes. She assured me she had plenty of experience and would be easily in touch and painless to work with.\nNOT SO MUCH.\nEvery time I called from overseas she was ""busy"", the receptionist was snotty and Mary apparently didn't answer emails in a timely manner either.\nShe filed my taxes WITHOUT my final approval and didn't bother to tell me I owed thousands of dollars in taxes. Nice.\nEvil.\nRUN, do not walk to find another tax preparer. I tell everyone I know about the horrible customer service I experienced. \n DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE OR ANY OTHER H&R BLOCK. I did call corporate to complain- they told me they my complaints were not important enough to merit attention.\n
