I walked into the Service department last Friday afternoon needing to have my new key programmed and Mike one of the Service Providers was able to get me out in less than 45 minutes. I could see how busy he was and he still took the time to make sure I was taken care of and given excellent customer service.
From the time we arrived on the lot to the completion of out car purchase we were treated with professional courtesy which was a great relief after some of the other car lot experiences. My b/f & I just purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Harris Ford & the service we received was amazing. It was kind of a spur of the moment thing going into the dealership. We had been needing to get a new vehicle for quite sometime especially with a new baby & because our old vehicle was starting to fall apart. We looked online & initially found an Escape we wanted which was the lower end model but a 2011. Once we got to the dealership we were greeted by Matt who helped us find our vehicle. We gave him the VIN of the one we found online & we looked for it but it wasn't there. Our first story was that it has been sold the previous day but then we found out about an hour later that it hadn't arrived yet. That seemed a bit fishy to me but I let it pass. We ended up test driving a 2011 Escape of the same model just a different color & liked it. We did the financing stuff & got our co-signer to come down. Even with our co-signer we just couldn't afford the monthly payment so the sales manager found us the 2008 Escape Limited which is basically the top of the line model. It was used, had low miles & so many other features that we never thought we could afford. While it was a little bit more for a monthly payment than we wanted to spend we bought the vehicle. The Escape was the first vehicle we had in mind & never thought we could afford it & am happy to say that we now do. Matt & his Sales Manager were friendly, helpful & not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership for their fast, friendly & non-pushy service. Thanks again!
