In an area otherwise devoid of good lunch spots, Custom Burger stands out (maybe it's the shiny sign?). Many kinds of burgers from hooved, feathered, or finned animals, and a checklist of toppings make this a good spot to try out different combinations. For just a few bucks more than fast food, you too can have Ketchipotle or Ketchapeno on your burgers.

They have a myriad of meat, topping, bun, sauce, etc. options for your truly custom burger. It's kind of overwhelming. They even have American Kobe Beef as a meat option (for 10.99)
For the price it's just ok. The design of the place is retro diner but with a decidedly modern feel.
