This business was terrible. I was told a part would be in for my dishwasher in a few days. It's been 3 weeks and they won't even call me back. I'll never do business with them again. Don't waste your time.

Our LG stove started acting called LG for a warrant service they recomended Accurate Diagnostics and sceduled a service call with them. Technitian showed up charged $100 for diagnostics, I asked him to order a part, called 2 weeks later to follow up on it. He said that part has not arrived yet, asked him for an order number to check with LG, he said that he will call me back with that. Never heard back and would not pick up the phone. Called LG again told them the story and they send different service company that did it all in les than a week. MY ADVISE - NEVER HIRE Accurate Diagnostics!!!!!

First of all If this was a legitimate warranty call then you would not of been charged $100.00 for the diagnostics because that is against the law/policy of the manufacturer. Secondly we order the parts through LG and your wait time was based on them getting us the part. They probably put a rush order on the part when you asked for another service company is why you had it in a week. If you would of called LG and asked them to rush the part to us then of course you would not have waited. They will only send the parts overnight or rush if they have a customer complaint which in fact is what happened here. We do not have an option of screening our calls so I do not understand nor do I know with whom you spoke with about an order number. We answer/return ALL of our customer calls. I am indeed one of the few business owners that follow up with reviews so I apologize for your experience and if it pleases you I will refund your money but I looked and have no invoice with your intials on an LG stove in the last month.

Brad was very informative with me when I had a problem with my stove. He came out and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. I couldnt be happier with the service and my sister now has an appointment for her washer because she has had 2 companies come out and no one so far has been able to fix it. Hopefully they can do it.

Very poor. They gave me quite the run-around.....the technician did not fix my appliance properly, and I called him numerous times to reschedule, he actually stood me up three times. I finally had a friend come over to fix it, "AccurateAppliance" bilked me out of almost two hundred dollars. DON'T USE THEM.

Customer got his unit fixed by ACCURATE APPLIANCE and is now trying to get his money back because of being un-employeed. Just another way of a company getting scammed by a less then truthful customer thats wants something for free. Always TWO sides of a story and this is mine.

Seemed short with me on the phone when I called, but everyone has bad days, so I just excused that in my mind. Word of advice though...
Don't call unless you have all day to wait for them to arrive.
I called on Monday. They were not able to get us worked in for a refrigerator repair, but I was told since we live in the same town as the business we would be the first stop of the morning on Tuesday and was given the window of between 8am to 10am. At 10:30am, my husband was calling me to ask what the name/ number was of the repair people, because they had still not showed up or called. When he called them, now 45 minutes past the window of when they were SUPPOSE to be there. He was told it would be another half hour. I was upset that we had to pay the full service call price ($45) when they were late and had not called us to let us know they were running behind. Then we were told it would "be cheaper to go buy another fridge" without any kind of estimate to back that up.
So they were late, and didn't at least call to let us know there was a schedule change, we were missing work to be home, AND $45 was for nothing at all. I feel like they should have cut the service fee in half since they were late without calling. Yes, they did come out and deserve money for that.
I asked for an official estimate--and he was right. Not worth the cost of fixing it.
They do know their business, just not very customer oriented.

Our customers are given 4 hour windows as follows: For an AM call the hours you are given are: from 8am to 12pm and for our PM calls you are given from: 12 to 4pm. You probably received the 2 hour window from the manufacturer when you scheduled your service call. We have NO control over that and were sorry you had to give us a bad review.

I called to have them come and check out my ice make in my 6 month old Samsung refrigerator. The guy came and put a "new" unit in and it didn't work either so called them again. Came out and looked at it and said he would have to order a new complete unit and that was on a Friday. Told me it would be about a week. Then two and a half weeks later I called and was told "any day now it should come in". I just called today and it has been a month. The guy who answered the phone today has no record of any order placed under my name and is "doing some checking". This means that SOMEONE screwed up and most likely I won't have an ice maker for at least another week and we have already had 100 PLUS degree weather . Hope anyone who goes through this company knows what they are getting in to. Deb

I needed my stove fixed have 20 or so people coming in from out of town and this company was the fastest in getting to me and fixing the problem. Nice worker that gave us plenty of information on how to keep our stove running smoothly. I would use them again if we have any problems.
