We've moved many times in the Midwest and the crew that loaded our truck was, by far, the best we've ever had. Load was tight, crew was professional and polite, and after 12 hours on a bad road, everything was in place and easy to unload.
The price was excellent and no time wasted.
Switchboard and dispatch were courteous and helpful, with email and phone confirmations.
What more could we want!

Pros: On time, professional, easy to deal with

I don't recommend this company. The owner himself told us that they did not use contractors, like other moving companies. I was told by one of the three men moving us that he was a contractor. \r

They over charged my son to move 1 bedroom full of furniture. I had to call the owner and get him to live up to his estimate which states that they won't charge more than 10% more than the estimate. They had to refund my son over $200.\r

They were late getting to our home (mechanical failure); \r
\r
They forgot things at the house in the basement; they would've forgot the entire laundry room if my wife hadn't have double checked; \r

they broke 3 pieces of furniture that we didn't find until later after the move; \r
\r
they broke our counter top (which they did repair); \r
\r
they are suppose to take apart and put back together furniture- we found furniture in the basement that was not put back together- also missing pieces; \r
\r
they put things in places without asking anybody where they went- patio furniture was put out back (we don't have a patio) it should have gone to the basement;\r
\r
They were suppose to redeliver the appliances the next day, they didn't;\r
\r
It was if the moving crew did not want to be there so they were in a huge hurry to get things done;\r
\r
They over charged my credit card (good thing nothing bounced);\r

After complaining I was told by the office person that I would get a discount, I didn't. \r
\r
I made numerous attempts through contact with the office about this and was given no discount, a lot of apologies, but no discount. The owner of the company didn't even have the courtesy to call me and discuss the matter.\r

At this point I was totally wore out trying to get them to fix the issues and stopped calling them.\r

They are NOT a company of good integrity. They lied to us from the beginning. It went downhill from there. This entire move was a nightmare.
