I hired this company to do an asbestos test in an apartment I am renovating in the West Village area of NYC. They were very prompt in arriving on time and everything they did was explained to me in full. Understanding asbestos is not easy but everything was explained to me in simple terms.
They took samples and these samples were sent to a lab for testing. Turnaround time for sample results was 1day! Very fast. Report was delivered quickly.
I would recommend this company to others who would need this service.

I made an appointment with the owner to do an inspection on an apartment in Park Slope. Twenty minutes before we were due to meet in the lobby of the building, one of his employees called to cancel the appointment. He gave no explanation, offered no apology, and did not offer to re-schedule. No follow-up phone call from the owner.
