I called Precision Air out to my house on Sat evening and just want to commend them for the quick response and speedy repairs to my a/c. I have a 21 year old system and know I need to replace it. They treated it as if it were new and when I get ready to replace it I will be calling them back out. I can't believe the comment below and am sure there is more to that story.

I have had Precision Air out to my house many times. they always do a wonderful job and all the employees have ALWAYS been kind, curtious and completely helpful. I am a single mother with two young children and am strapped for cash, they always give me the best possible price whiel helping as much as they can. I would recommend anyone to use this company because they are truely out to help their customers.

4/01/09 @ 9:30am, Well Just got off the phone with (Tony) their salesman, and feeling like he was arguing with me, trying to justify his installers errors. Before we even signed a contract, I went over the safety and cleanliness that was needed for my install job, due to my wife and 8 year old daughter just had surgery. That we had to be as safe as humanly possible NOT to blow AC "FIBERGLASS" all over my house, NOT to Pollute the air "IN MY HOUSE!!!" Because of my wife and child's safety in not getting any infections due to pollutants floating around in my house every time my AC turns on!!!Wow, to tell Tony how important it was to be clean and careful while his installers did their job, I guess their use to breathing that crap in the attic, that they think it is OK for the customer to ALSO breath it too!!. Because every time I turn on my AC, Fiberglass de-bree fly's out of ALL the vents!! I don't think that is suppose to be what happens. And when I call him to tell him OUR problem, he tells me "He can't believe his installers would make the errors they did," It is Saturday and it is suppose to be 90 degrees today and I cant turn on my AC!!!! $1600.00 later and I cant even turn on my AC, (WOW) He says" He will try to get the SAME guys who screwed up so bad yesterday, to send them BACK to my house this evening to take off my vents and clean out the other side. Where is "COMMON SENSE?"
NOW WE WAIT AND SEE WHAT THEY'LL DO TO MAKE IT RIGHT..

Tj. Bradford Finally a company that's not out just to make a buck or take my money.I have used this company for several service calls on my home. During my purchase of the home and after when I had to have a new compressor installed. As a consumer looking for the best quality and service as well as price. Precision Air of Central by far was the least expensive and the service I received was very professional . The service technician was knowledgeable as well. I will use them for all of my air conditioning and heating needs. I will let my friends and family and business associates all know about this company and their very reasonable pricing

I called this company to do a $39.95 "tune up" on my A/C unit for a rental property that I own in Winter Haven.

When the the service technician showed up, I explained that the a/c unit was not gettting cold. We walked around the outside of the house to the compressor unit and I pointed out some wires that looked to be in rough shape that maybe the former tenant had hit with the weed eater.

He then asked me to go inside and make sure that the unit was on. I turned the unit on and I walked over to the window to talk to him and I noticed that the fan blade on the compressor unit was turning while he was holding the loose wires together. He then put duct tape around the wires and said that was the problem.

Anyway, long story short he said that since I didn't have the water on at the house, that he was unable to do the "tune-up". So I asked him what I owed him. He said he'd check his book for the price. He gets his book from his van and pulls it out and shows me that the company's "diagnostic fee" is $103 and he'd have to charge me a service call normally $69, but he was going to give me a break and only charge me the $39.95 "tune-up" price (which he never performed!)

I went ahead and paid him with a check and told him that I thought the price was ridiculous for a piece of duct tape and 10 minutes of time and he said that's what "the book" says so that's what I have to charge. Well, after he left, I called the company and was eventually able to talk to one of the owners (Roy).

I explained the situation and he said that he would talk to the technician and that they would not cash my check and on the following Monday, he would call me and we would come to a amiable price.

Well, he never called, so I called and asked to speak to Roy. Apparently Roy was too busy to talk to me, but he had the receptionist to relay to me that he would refund me $20.

So bottom line... A piece of duct tape and 10 minutes cost me $142.00! Not only did this company rip me off on price, but one of the owners flat out lied to me.

I wish I would have read a review like this Before I called this company! I hope it helps you so you don't make the same mistake as I did calling this company.

BTW...The positive reviews from others on this company is probably the owners themselves or friends or family members.
