Stewart Penn provided exceptional service. I started my search for a condominium in West Hollywood having decided to work with a realtor that was highly regarded in the area. After researching the area and the Web, I decided on working with Stewart. Mine's was a difficult and prolonged escrow transaction. Throughout the entire process, Stewart maintained a positive, win-win attitude,,,,he was readily accessible, conscientious, and very organized. I highly recommend working with Stewart Penn.

What can I say about Stewart Penn... nothing short of that we were entirely blessed to have found him. At every turn he went above and beyond the call, working thoroughly and tirelessly for my fiancee and I to secure the home we wanted. His work ethic is matched only by his kindness of spirit, wonderful personal character, and far-ranging, detailed knowledge and awareness of his market. Wow! Stewart Penn is beyond AWESOME !!! We actually found him through the Internet (which worried us at first, to be honest) but boy did we get lucky. He is extremely kind and beyond professional. He is so generous, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, and SUPER proficient. He really knows his business and he makes you feel so comfortable about buying a good property. We were first time buyers and we are SO relieved that we found him. We feel so lucky, because we didn't know anything about real estate :) He has been there through the whole process, and he has fought for us to get our new home perfect and exactly how we wanted it !
He doesn't hesitate to let you know what's a good property, a good price, or a good location, and vise-versa. We trusted him right away and he has been INCREDIBLE ! truly. Stewart has assisted my family with numerous purchases and sales of duplexes and multi-unit apartments. I stumbled across Stewart several years ago and was immediately impressed by his demeanor, intelligence, passion, and knowledge of the real estate industry. He is incredibly competent, reliable, tenacious, and always incredibly honest. There is no other agent that I would recommend.

I remember meeting Stewart several times at various open houses. He always seemed to represent the hippest places - with a strong asking price. When I sold my first condo, I tracked him down and he went to work marketing my place. I was blown away when the closing price almost doubled the amount I paid 2 years prior. Since then, hes helped with 3 other real estate transactions.

Aside from the financial gains, Stewart actually makes the process enjoyable. His professionalism and meticulous nature ensures that nothing is ever forgotten. Lets face it, buying and selling a house is stressful, but there is nobody Id rather have in my court then Stewart.

Thanks buddy. Ill call you in 18 months when Im ready to sell again. :-)

Stewart is a godsend to anyone who wants every detail attended to. He is knowledgeable about all aspects of the business, genuinely cares about his clients' well being, took care not only of the transaction itself, but had information and solutions for things in addition to the actual sale.

From the minute we met, I felt secure about having him act on our behalf, and I was correct in my assessment. I have had some terrible real estate experiences, Stewart is the only Realtor I would use over and over again...AND he has a great sense of humor!

The project was large but with Stewart's invaluable help in decision making, the condo was soon prepared for a quick and successful sale. I was dealing with a very challenging sale. I had the tenants from hell that were trying to purchase my property. Stewart came to my rescue and became my protector during this sale. Not only did he get my house sold but he got more money for my suffering and had them shaking in their boots. Thank you for being my Pit Bull

Stewart sold my condo for me at a time when, let's just say, selling a condo in Los Angeles was NOT an easy thing to do. He also found me that same property 3 years previous. Both times, his manner, service and overall professionalism were amazing. Recommended to everyone who wants to buy or sell a property.
