File a complaint with the ROC (registrar of contractors) they will come out and investigate your complaint and deal with the contractor or force them to pay another contractor of the ROC's choosing to fix the issue. Best of luck!

When I had stone work done (cleaning, honing and filling) and had customer satisfaction issues, I discovered they are not licensed for stone work. This business did not perform the job as described and promised. They truly lack the ability to discuss customer satisfaction issues in a respectful, professional and productive manner to resolve. The owner's behavior is rude and totally unprofessional Check out the Yelp reviews that for some reason were not factored into their rating, they are consistent with my experience.

my husband and I are retired and living in gilbert, yesterday we hired Darrel luth the owner of valleywide stonecare to strip and hone 900 sq. feet of travertine tile in our home. he charged us $1800.00 for a 4 hour and 30 min. job. who gets $400.00 an hour to clean a floor? if we had done more research we would have realized valleywide has an F rating with the az. BBB. don't make the same mistake we did

If you look at the reviews for this company on many websites, you'll see it's mostly good, BUT they do nothing to fix problems when they cause issues. So, if they do a good job, your golden. But, if they have a problem, be prepared...they will do nothing to make it right. They'll ignore calls, demand money to fix problems they created, and best of all, blame you (the customer) for all the issues. Also, they show on their site that they're BBB certified. If you go the BBB site...you'll see that they have an F rating. For what? Apparently for not resolving an issue. Big surprise. If you bought a voucher on any of the groupon-like sites...do yourself a favor and request a refund before getting involved with these guys.

VERY IMPORTANT - When I went to submit a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors, I realized that Valleywide Stonecare is NOT LICENSED to finish or seal natural stone floors. I actually can't find a license for them to do anything? I was told that this trade absolutely REQUIRES a license in AZ

This company was hired by a maid service who damaged my brand new travertine tile custom built shower by using a harsh chemical that left streaks in the tile. Valleywide Stonecare assured me they could fix the damage by honing and buffing

I have used them plenty of times not only was I completely satisfied with Darrel's work his new employee was very helpful. Darrel is currently only looking for trusted VETS OF OUR ARMED FORCES as he him his self is a former MARINE you know you can test them as soon as they walk in your door it is my honor to have such men in my home. They do a excellent job! And help you with understanding how to take propped care of your floor for further cleaning and month to month care.

So with that said how do you know what he is doing and how he is doing it as if your a disgruntled former employee trying to turn away new customers out of your own stupidity and anger ??

Darrel Luth wornend me about a disgruntled employee that went by the nick name " SHMITTY " or something of that nature.

I have used Darrel many times and I am plenty pleased of the quality of work and information. I strongly suggest him for your next carpet our stone care needs.
