I love swimtastic. The class sizes are small (3-4) as opposed to other facilities such as the y or rec that the class sizes are large(10-15).My child actually gets one on one attention and loves her instructor. The staff and management are friendly and quick to answer any questions that may come up. In regards to other post stating that the prices are to high that is ridiculous. They offer discounts fr more than one child and the price works out to only be like 20.00 per class. I would recommend swimtastic to anyone looking take swim classes for their child.

I can not believe the comments I have read on here. I have taken my 2 Grandchildren here for years now and am ready to start the third one. I have nothing but success stories to share from a fear of water to jumping in and swimming like fish from the 2 of them. I agree with the last lady about different teachers. I find that children will become stagnant with their development if they only work with one person over and over again. I have seen some of their instructors faces since I first brought my sweeties their years ago!!! I believe that learning how to swim and overcoming a fear of water is way tooooo important to leave to chance. This is the reason I continue to pay and take my ( my most precious) Grandchildren here.

I would have to disagree with the both Laurie and Kim's statements. I find that my child gets just enough time and I have had nothing but success with Swimtastic. My children have been attending Swimtastic since they were 6 months old now my oldest is 5 and has no fear of the water and can swim across a pool on his own. As far as the owners go I have never had any bad dealings with them and have had great success and response time from the current mangager with any of my concerns. As far as the change out of teachers they have many teachers that are still currently there and have been since my children started. I personally think that change is good. Now that my child is in school he will always have a new teacher should I complain about that? If you go to their facebook page they have alot of really good testimonials from current costumers under their discussion page. Amy I wouldn't let two customers make your decision for you. Try it out for yourself my children have loved it and will continue to go. And if you are looking for one on one it is offered.

I am disappointed after reading these past two reviews. I have been thinking about enrolling my children into these swim classes for awhile, but after thinking about it and the actual time that they get with the instructor, it's not worth it. I am better off sending my kids to the YMCA were they charge $42.00 for 8 weeks and they get a full 30 minutes with the instructors!

Very poorly run place. New teachers every session. Can't keep instructors. My child would be advancing with one teacher and then a new one would come and she would regress. Owners don't care about listening to your concerns just about getting your very expensive fees. My child is in a class with four other kids, and one teacher. They have a lesson for 25 minutes and then go to the slide. If you take the 25 minutes and divide that by (4) your child gets 6.25 minutes per class of actual instruction.

Absolutley AWFUL!!!!!! We have been with Swimtastic for 2 years and for the most part had a great expereince until the new owners took over. Now it is FAR overpriced and the owners are terrible to deal with. If they respond to issues it is in a very rude/ defensive manner and they are nothing less then childish to deal with.

A class of 4 students may seem small however your child only actually gets 6.5 minutes of instruction per week. For the amount of money you pay I would expect premium lessons. You get less than average teaching from this location.

This is a great place to take your young children for swimming lessons. The water is comfortably warm and the class sizes are small (4-5 per class). There is a great viewing window to watch your little ones, and they learn so much more at the 3-4 year old age than when being held by mom or dad. At the end of the class, they get to go down a waterslide, and you can attend open swim for free when you register for a class. The pricing is kind of high, but they have a lot of classes at different times, and you can always find coupons for a discount in the Clipper, etc... Well worth it!
