Need a Better Quality Gym 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I have been a member for years and frankly I am so exhausted with the lack of improvements, not delivering their promises of adding another club on Union. I renewed my membership believing that certain promises were going to happen. I get the impression that they spin their wheels, not sure why.
The gym is so limited, its not your top of the line quality. For me as a member I haven't been satisfied with their customer service & gym. I am looking at other gyms. I am confident that I will find a better improved gym.

Cons: Limited space, exhausted with promises from staff, lack of customer service.

Worst Gym Rep. In San Francisco 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

didn't mind Crunch until they hired Barry Kamakawi. He is by far the WORST addition to the gym. He has no sense of customer service and assumes a superiority unworthy of his position. He treated my fiance and myself (both PAYING members) with disrespect, grabbed my arm when I walked away from him, and then asked us to leave the gym because he felt threatened when we got angry. When we told him all we wanted to do was work out, he insisted we had to leave, if not he was going to call the cops. He called the cops and when they came, they told us this had been a waste of their time since the situation was far from threatening. They left and told us to resume our workout. Instead of letting it go, Barry insisted on pursuing the issue with upper management in order to have our membership revoked because he felt unsafe with us in the gym; meanwhile, neither one of us had talked to him since the event, and both of us continued our workouts as usual w/no disturbance to anyone, including him. We are reporting him to corporate and would not step into any gym where anyone would be obtuse enough to let him represent their place of business.
Furthermore, although I won't name any names, 3 of the current Crunch employees told us that Barry was weird and inappropriate, and no one liked him there. Nice work, Crunch. Way to take care of your paying clients...
