They seemed like a big deal on TV (commercial) so I came here and omg they're such a small place. Not much inventory, my opinion. Took me forever to find the place, I guess since I'm not too familiar with West New York.

crooks dont buy from there, really i have never seen people that say what they have to say and then walk away, they are really obnoxious, ripped me off on a repair for a car that i just bought from them and they said it has no warranty but also they did not know about the problem, which was obvious::::::::::: NO BRAKES.

I went there to buy a used car, based on what their website said.
Biggest mistake of my life!
They played the switch and bait on me.
After sorting it out, they transferred me to their 'finance guy'. Yes, I see you shaking your head.
He tries to charge me $2,500 more for the same car!
I ask him to check the price with the sales guy, who is conveniently out for 'lunch'.
After an hour of threatening me, I walk out.

I have a 99' Civic which never gave me problems, but then out of nowhere the car just wouldn't start. I was heading to work when the problem first occurred and it caused me to be late, so that night when I returned home I went online and looked for mechanics and dealerships that do repairs. I found Hudson Honda to be one of the closest to my house which would cut down the towing cost.. So I called them and spoke to someone in service and made an appointment for as soon as possible. Which thankfully they had an opening the next day. They did the usual tests, the battery was fine. So they had to look at the engine which took some time, but not a lot. The wait was reasonable honestly, compared to some other mechanics I've been to it was relatively fast. It ended up being the distributor and the labor, together it ran me a little less than $400, which is a fair price. They ordered the part that night and told me my car would be ready the next day, in the late afternoon. I did look up the parts I'd need before agreeing to anything to make sure I was not getting ripped off, but they charged me the cost of the part and labor and no more. I knew the price was fair and there was no way I could fix it myself so I was willing to pay the labor fees, happily. My car was as good as new the next day, right when they said it would be. I couldn't be happier with how it all l went. I wasn't ripped off, or lied to like many women are when they get work on their cars. I was treated in a friendly manner and my car was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Great dealership for service, they have very nice employees who make you feel comfortable and speak to you in a way where you actually understand what's wrong. Let's face it not all of us are professionals, we don't know some of the parts/terms... but they 'dumb' it down so the customer can understand what work they are doing and why. I appreciated that. I recommend them for service and repair. They do a good job for a fair price.

I must say Johnny is the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only does he know what he's talkign about, but he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He talked us through the process, step by step and explained everything that was going on. Plus he made sure they gave us a good deal! I couldnt have been happier with how well it all went down. Im sure there are other great staff members, but i recommend asking for him. I have told several of my family members and friends about Hudson and all those who have gone had good expiriences so I will continue to swear by this place.

gave this place a chance and it went okay time for a new car and so i dealt with john rivas i believe he is the manager in charge, he made made my sales experience this time WONDERFUL!! AMAZING what a new mindset can do for a place!!! great job to the owner of hudson honda for putting this young man in charge and alowing his staff to treat customers like a family member. keep up the good work guys!!!!

I went to look at a vehicle they had in stock. I printed out they $500 coupon they have on their website and brought it with me. After talking with the salesman, he went and got his boss who ultimately told me, "The price of the car is the price of the car." Wouldn't even honor their own coupon. No explainations, just "the price of the car is the price of the car."
Unless this is corrected, I will never use them for anything and tell whoever will listen about my experience with them. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.

After seeing a great on-line price for a Honda Fit 07, I decided to go in and was met by an amicable, but hurried salesperson. After about 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I encountered the finance manager who seemed obviously upset that he was being kept late (before I went in, I called and told them I would be in the next day to take our time, but I was told that I should come in that same day). After enduring some cynicism from Darren, he proceeded to show us the fees. When I asked him to explain why he had added an additional 2500 on fees, he would be unclear about some fees and simply not explain others. He said that a customer has to "trust" that a dealer can back up whatever it's charging. Really? That said, I knew I didn't want to do business there, but I stupidly allowed them to charge me for a deposit. I will go back and hopefully I will be back here saying that they did make me happy with a great deal, if not I'll just add myself to what already seems to be a long list of disgusted customers.

They were fantastic. I called on the phone, agreed upon a price, did most of the paperwork over the phone and then they delivered the car to me. I live in Hoboken and work in Manhattan, therefore I do not have much of any free time if any. They made it so easy for me I cannot express how grateful I was for everything they did for me.I also sent a friend to them for an Odyssey. They were so happy and they told me they met the owner. He actually greeted them and helped them with buying the minivan.Thanks for everything Hudson Honda.

I had my 2007 accord at another dealership for a mechanical problem 3 times and they could not fix it. last month I took it to Hudson Honda and in 1 day they diagnosed and fixed it. They are the most professional staff I have ever seen. The service manager was very professional and helpful. Great teamwork. This will be the only service department I will ever use for repairs and maintenance.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer care received while doing business with Hudson Honda. On recommendation from my boss, my boyfriend and I decided to shop for new vehicles with them. First and foremost, as I was sitting in an office waiting for the finance guys to look over my income paperwork, etc, one of the finance guys (I'm sorry, but I never caught his name) came into the office where both my boss and myself were seated and proceeded to ask my boss for a job making the exact same amount I do. I found this a little fishy, given that he was indeed one of the finance guys and had just looked over my financials. I find this to be completely unethical and in incredibly bad form and should have ran out of there at that very moment, and would have had it not been for my sales guy, Yirko, who's customer service was top notch. My second complaint is that after hammering out a deal with the finance guys (which took all day) for two leases with 15,000 miles each, we were told to return the next day to sign all paperwork involved and take possession of the vehicles. On returning the next day, none of what was agreed upon was reflected in the paperwork. The leases were written up for 12,000 miles - not the 15,000 as was agreed upon - and when I brought the issue to light, they wanted to raise the amount of our monthly lease payment. We again had to spend another day haggling and hammering out the SAME deal we have JUST agreed upon the day before. My third complaint being that when it came to writing the checks for the down payments, we were told that it was ok to write two separate checks, a week within one another, as to give us time to transfer the proper funds into our checking account. Both checks were deposited immediately which completely threw my checking account out of whack because they did not give me the time promised to make the appropriate transfer. I am STILL, a month later, sifting through was fees and penalties I must pay in order to get my finances back in order. All in all, our experience with Hudson Honda was not a good one. I work 90+ hours a week for my pay and most definitely will not be spending another dime with the likes of these "gentlemen". I find their business practices to be unethical and shady at best. A word of caution to anyone thinking of doing any sort of business with them.

I bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe EX from them 3 months ago. I broke down and the service department had it for 10 days and the whole time had no idea what was wrong with it. After replacing multiple parts - and never giving me an invoice of what was done - they gave the car back and a day later decided that it was "bad gas". They want my insurance company to pay for it - they will be doing an extensive investigation on this. All in all they have poor service - not very informative - they do things without telling you first or with your approval and then expect you to pay for it in the end. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone

Update: After bring back the car a couple more times for service - they have been more accomodating since the first time and the customer service is better. Maybe the first time was just a bad day for everyone involved?

They have always given me the best deal, their sales people are always helpful and they have a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Their service department is prompt and efficient, and has always been professional while dealing with any vehicle requirements I have had. I would highly recommend Hudson Honda to anyone interested in buying a Honda car.

It??s a great experience with Hudson Honda of West New York. I bought a quality vehicle for brother for an amazing price. I did a lot of comparison before shopping and they had the best bang for the buck. What is more is that they are having the gala clearance event. The rates are as low as 2.9 % on Element and Odyssey cars. Even more, it is 3.99 % on V6 Accord and 4.9 % on all selected certified Hondas. Great! The clearance is almost gone just hurry in! Check also their mind blowing lease offers.
I love the employees. It was a very easy transaction. We were very well spoken to and they were very accommodating to our needs and wants. We had a great experience. Hudson Honda is a great dealer to deal with. Very personal, very very helpful in locating a vehicle that we were looking for.

I will recommend this service to anybody.

Eventhough they didn't have the color and options I wanted, they had a alternative color that I could live with but they couldn't beat the other dealers price.
