Bought a couch. Damaged upon delivery. Returned. Bought 2 recliners. Both arrived in bad condition; one even had the bolts fall out from under it after 2 days. Returned.

Bad experience. Twice.

RC Willey Home Furnishings is the best furniture store I have ever shopped at!!!! bar none!!! The sales person wsa great and knew the merchandise. I have bought numerous items at differant times and never had any problems. GREAT STORE!!!

One of the best purchase experiences I have ever had. Salesperson (Andy Nebeker) was great. Has been there 11 years and was very knowledgeable of the products and process, told me everything to expect, and was very patient with me as we made various order changes (kept swapping out rugs that didn't fit in our property). He was also very patient as I had my two young children with me as they ran all over the store! Delivery was great--they came out on the scheduled day (2 days after order), and called twice before showing up. They even showed up 30 minutes BEFORE the 3 hour window they gave me. We spent $4000 and I can honestly say the whole experience was great. The cashier even called me later that evening because he was afraid they had overcharged me, even though they hadn't. No haggling for price, for those of you that are looking to do that, but I felt the prices were very reasonable for the quality, especially after researching on the internet before buying the pieces. I would HIGHLY recommend RC Willey and my salesperson again. --Scott C.

My husband and I recently purchased a house in the South Ogden area and decided it needed nre furnishings. We decided to check out RC Willey and we are extremely dissapointed. We had shopped there for about 18 years with perfect credit on payments, usually 90 day same as cash. For at least 20 or more items. We hadn`t bought anything for two years we had to reapply. We where refused due to a very old judgement that had been dealt with years ago. So no business from us anymore. Very poor service.

I purchased a Fisher Paykel washer and dryer set just over 4 years ago at RC Willey in Boise, ID. The washer has had several issues over the years (mainly leaking water all over if you wash more than a very small load). Finally I had them send someone to look at the leak. His conclusion was that it is a design flaw. Ok, they are in the garage so let it leak away...I can live with that and will never buy another Fisher Paykel appliance.

BUT, recently the washer has died. It is full of water and will not drain or spin. I put in a call to RC Willey's warranty dept to invoke the 5 year extended warranty I paid for. They told me to call a number of a service company and not to mention the warranty. Then when the service tech came and fixed it, I should call RC Willey and have them pay the tech over the phone. When I called the service tech they grilled me about warranties, and not wanting to lie I told them I did have an extended warranty. They proceeded to tell me that RC Willey has to call them to arrange the service call then.

So I call RC Willey back. The girl answering my call was very snippy, scolding me for not lying and told me very huffily that she would now have to call around and find another service tech to come fix it (something fishy going on when nobody will come if they know it's RC Willey they are working with)... I asked when I might hear back and she said she didn't know (in a tone that implied NEVER).
Next day I call her to ask how that's going, and she tells me she has contacted someone to come fix the washer and gives me a number to call to schedule the service. I call the number and they claim to know nothing about this and deny that they ever deal with extended warranties of any kind.

So 2 days of phone calls and I am still no closer to solving the dilemma of the dead washer full of water in my garage. So far it appears that RC Willey is unable to honor their extended warranties.

I've purchased a lot of items from RC Willey. From washer and dryers (which were delivered to Cedar City) to a big man's chair for my husband. Each time I went in to look around everyone was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of associates around to answer any questions, and they are interested in helping answer questions.
I love that it almost always has great sales, and during holidays even amazing sales.
They are also kid friendly and family inviting. I would recommend RC Willey to anyone who is looking for new furniture who wants a good deal.

This store had some of the best furniture selection and quality I have seen. It was a huge store that had dining, family, bedroom furniture and more. Everything looked comfortable in great colors. The staff was very nice and availalbe but not in your face like many furniture sales people. They have T.V.s, Grandfather clocks, flooring, carpet and decorations. I really like the experience.

This company is more expensive than any other furniture company out there. They have sales people who seem as though they are trained to leech on and suck every ounce from you. I hated every minute i was in there and when i tried to buy, they were so intent that i finance. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

This store is HUGE! They have every sort of furniture for every room in your home, including appliances and electronics. They have casual to contemporary to very formal. The prices are very reasonable and their sales are outstanding. The salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable.
