I want to let the public know what a great company Window Nation is. They aren't your ordinary home improvement company. I had windows installed at my prior residence and had a horrible experience. The window consultant was very knowledgeable and gave me a complete education on their product and install. The products were better than the other companies I interviewed. The installation was second to none. The crew leader Tom was very neat and took his time during the install. I liked the fact that the installers came from the factory which insured a perfect install. I took advantage of their free financing which really helped me out during the holiday season. Lastly, the owner Aaron even called personally to follow up with me making sure I was 110% satisfied. How often does the owner of a large company do that? I posted their information for my H.O.A and 4 other homeowners have went with them! Thanks!

After doing all of my research on windows, I hired Window Nation to install 15 Bainbridge double hungs in my home. Out of all of the estimates, they were not the cheapest by far, however I felt comfortable with their business model, products, and their attention to detail. Sometimes it's good to pay a little more and get what you want than settle for something sub-par and be unhappy. The windows came in earlier than expected, they were all installed in one day, and the crew that installed the windows were great. After only one month of having them installed I saved close to 32% off my energy bill! Thanks Window Nation!

Bought 32 Magnum windows 2 months ago and had them installed last month. What a difference the new windows make! I had 35 year old metal windows, at least a third had seal failure, and after getting my new windows installed it is amazing what a difference they make on the appearance of my home. I have already had 4 neighbors stop by check the out and inquire what company I choose. Installers really paid attention to detail and took time to explain how to operate by new windows. I had three companies out and choose Window Nation because of their reputation and warranty; although the price was reasonable and a few thousand less than one other company.

After shopping for windows for months, I selected Window Nation to install windows for my home because of their solid reputation, premium products, and factory trained installers. I think a major advantage of this firm is that they use factory trained, certified installers to perform their work. All of the other firms I interviewed had either sub-contractors or their own employees. With Window Nation, there would never be an issue with the installation since the factory that is making the windows actually installs the window as well. There isn't another firm that I know of out there that offers this service. They installed 14 windows in one day, cleaned up well, and followed up the next day ensuring that I was happy. It was a great experience especially in an industry that is known for horrible nightmares and bad experiences.

There are so many window companies to choose from. I selected Window Nation for their honest, down home family approach. The windows were of high quality, the installation was exceptional, and they delivered exactly what the window consultant promised. I have recommended them to several co-workers and to members at my church. Thanks Window Nation! Aaron the owner was great to work with!!!

Shopped 7 window companies before choosing Window Nation. While price was important I liked their no pressure sales presentation and list of referrals they gave me without even asking! Installation was done in one day and looks perfect. Great job! Already referred two neighbors.

High pressure sales tactics that bordered on insulting. Got a good price, but then got the bait-and switch and I ended up with different, less-attractive windows than what I had been shown. I would not recommend Window Nation to others.

I used this company because they could put in my windows in one day. Other companies required two or more. Taking off from work is a pain so that was a very big factor to me. They where also well reviewed here and at a couple of other sites. The prices where reasonable and they carried a well reviewed window I wanted. I bought 20 windows and a storm door from them. All in all I was a little disappointed. The sales call was terrible. I wanted options but as soon as the sales person heard I had researched (a relatively) high end window, they just wanted to close the sale. Some pricing and warranty information I got from him was later found out to be incorrect when I did close the deal with the sales manager. The salesman told me I could finance at 0% and it would not effect my price. The sales manager gave me a lower price, but told me I would not be able to get the 0% financing.The installation crew was courteous enough, but clean up was not performed to my expectation. Rusty nails and broken glass where on my deck and in my yard. I even got a small piece of glass in my foot somewhere in my house. I'm still finding small slivers of glass a month (and a couple of vacuuming) later. As they where running out the door I found a couple of places that where not properly caulked and had them go back. It makes me nervous as there a several windows where I can't really see the caulking.Finally, the hardware on my storm door was installed with a broken latch. Someone was supposed to replace it in a couple of weeks. A month later I called to find out when they would take care of it and still have not heard back.

I purchased 13 windows for my home from Window Nation. The people I dealt with were, friendly, knowledgeable, and really went out of their way to help me find a window that met my HOA requirements. The windows I selected are eligible for the 30% energy tax rebate from Uncle Sam. Installation was quick, and the installers were promt, prepared, and very respectful. I would definitely tell anyone looking for windows to give these folks a call. They also have some very affordable financing options, be sure to ask.

I had 4 companies out. Just when I thought all window sales pitches were the same. Window nation realy stood out. They have a wide selection, fair pricing and great install.

I bought windows from Window Nation after getting quotes from eight other vendors.
Everything about dealing with them was handled in a most professional way.
The pricing for their windows was a better value than any other vendor I spoke with.
I would recommend anyone considering replacement windows for their home to give these folks a call.
