The Savannah Grace Salon had terrible customer service for starters! I've been to multiple salons in Seattle both inexpensive and high end. Regardless of which you go to, the stylist should be engaging in a conversation with you not their coworkers. You are the customer and you are paying for their service, so you shouldn't be ignored. Strike two came with the lack of product knowledge. Neither the stylist who did my hair, or her coworkers knew much about the actual products. Real product knowledge doesn't come from the back of a bottle, but from real research, reviews and use. Their actual service was mediocre at best and over priced (probably to make up for high rent). They charge top dollar for inferior cuts and styles. What I paid there, I would've gotten a hell of a lot more from a decent salon. What really bothered me was the boutique aspect, they were marking prices on things you could easily find on the web for much less. Some of their products were damaged and not respectively marked down, that's not really fair to clients. So why did I go here? It was close to home and my normal stylist moved to Greece.

Business Response:

Unsatisfied Customer I'm very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our salon. We take pride in giving personalized service and know that our customers deserve the best. All of the stylist that work at the salon have extensive training and experience. I will share this comment with my staff and hopefully we can learn from this. I would be willing to give you a complimentary service. Please let me know. Thanks, Tamara Hidalgo/owner

This boutique is great with it's world class style. I wanted to buy everything in it, from the belts to the jewelry to the stylish clothes.

The extra little attention that is given to their salon clients is certainly hard to find. Where else can you go for a cut and style and get complimentary beverages and a rejuvenating lip masque. Certainly, not anywhere else in Albuquerque.
