I submitted a quote request on their website, and an account representative emailed me a quote within 20 minutes, and called me to make sure I got it! She explained my options, and was able to bundle my home and auto insurance for a significant discount. I also found their website to be extremely user friendly and informative - they have an online service center, and even live online support!
