So, Daniel over at the Moan and Dove is all, "Hey dudes, my bar is totally sweet and making a lot of money, what do you think if maybe we go and open a place across the river and have more taps and maybe a kitchen," and the banks are all "Damn yes we will give you the money to do this," and so there's the Dirty Truth. They usually have at least four beers of each major style on tap, and then sometimes they will surprise you with something that they got from some brewer you've never heard of who's big in exotic locales. They're pretty much single handedly responsible for introducing Racer 5 to the Western Mass area. The kitchen puts out some damn fine food. There is the occasional tasting there and sometimes they have brewers out for a talk. Why aren't you there now, you should go get a beer there already.

I have tasted most of the menu and everything that I have had was excellent. The selection of beers is second only to the Moan and Dove (who owns the Dirty Truth).

The Dirty Truth specializes in rare beers. This is not the place for regular every day beer. They have a truly eclectic assortment of beer. I am sure there is one for everyone. If Dark Beer is your drink of choce, try the Rasputin.. Very Good.

Owners of Moan & Dove. This is not your typical bar. Look closely for the name outside the building, you might miss it. Huge constantly changing selection of exotic beers and a small but exquisite selection of food. If you are a "Beer Snob", or you are just sick of the usual selection, this is the place for you!
