Very friendly staff in a intimate and charming restaurant. We go there once a week for the 1/2 price Sushi and get it to go. Much better then you can find at any of the local grocers and a lot fresher

I found Carolina Sushi & Roll from today's News & Observer.
I went there to try some of their half price roll special and it was awsome. I'll be back!!!

Located next to the Harris Tetter in the same shopping center with Amedeo's North, Carolina Sushi and Roll is a real jewel. The food is individually prepared by the Sushi chef who is one of the co-owners. There is a full menu of wonderful, fresh sushi to chose from as well as a menu of noodle soups and contemporary takes on traditional Japanese dishes. The owners are wonderful, hardworking folks who treat every customer like a good neighbor. It's open Monday to Saturday. There's usually no more than a short wait. There's always take out! Party trays are available for special occasions - or just for fun!!! Support your neighborhood businesses!!!
