I'm extremely picky with baked fish, and Suhmer's is very good. Good sized portions, cooked and seasoned just right. The crispy potato pancakes and chunky applesauce are great as well.

Suhmer's Saloon is a gastronomical find of outlandish proportions and taste. It is distinguished through specific home recipes of recognisable culinary artistic endeavors of it's owners, Jan &Bill. Whether it's the potato pancakes, fish fry or prime rib, it's done with a personal flair. Bon Appetite!

I enjoyed a great fish fry. The potato pancakes and applesauce, like everything, were homemade and original. I looked over the menu and there is a lot to choose from for other entrees as well, I would have a hard time deciding what to order!

the food was alright, but nothing too great. the staff was medocre. it was alright for place to eat when your just passing through and theres nothing else, but i dont think my family and i would plan a dinner trip there anytime soon.

My daughter and I had an enjoyable dinner of the special baked fish. It was marinated in a wine sauce that gave it great flavor! I will definitely try that again.
