I think the summer camp is so fun it is the best camp ever! Atia Emma Alyson Greg Diamond Amanda, and Jasmine are so nice. I will tell people about it.

This is a beautiful gym. When you walk in, you don't hear the "clanging" of weights, the "grunting" of the meat heads, or loud annoying music. It has a sense of class with a lobby area that greets you, and with the attention to detail inside the gym. There is a room for everything in there: Cardio; weight machines, an area like curves for women, aerobics, women only, bicycling, women only, pilates, and an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. My children love play at the kids club and have made some great friends. I totally recommend this place.

The secret is out now!!! I have seen lots of gyms and fitness centers, and this one has got to be in the top 1 or 2 I have ever been to. First of all it is HUGE, with lots of sunlight, high ceiling's and a real open air quality. The equipment is new and they have so much stuff, I can't think of anything they don't have. There is even a private quiet training and stretching area. and they give you a bunch of free training sessions to get you started. I don't do much aerobics but there are lots of classes and from what I hear they are great, but I did take a Yoga class, and I have never been so relaxed. The staff is very friendly. Nice to be at such a nice place.
