Odegard Epicurean

I have contacted Odegard Epicurean for more than a few events. Lisa Odegard owner & head chef of the company is such a pleasure to work with! She provides the highest quality standard of food & service. My expectations of her food, delivery & friendly accommodations are always more than surpassed & continue to be so.
I have booked Lisa for a Summer party where she provided an amazing variety of hors 'd oeuvres: delectable choices like a goat cheese & caramelized onion tart, shrimp cakes w/ red onion confit, grilled antipasti, beautiful fresh fruit & fresh cheese selections, etc...
I also booked Lisa for my recent Baby Shower where she provided a menu of fresh scones, tea cake sandwiches, chocolates, etc...
She was also the obvious choice for my Bridal Shower & you get the idea as far as her food...it's amazing every time!
I look forward to working w/ Odegard Epicurean in the future so she can wow us w/ her cooking classes & of course more catered events.

I have worked with Lisa and have also tasted some of her beautiful culinary creations. She takes pride in what she does and wants others to be pleased and satisfied. One thing I love about her, besides her food, is that she is fun and unlike a lot of her peers in this industry- she is not pretentious but in fact very personable. Being a vegan it is reassuring to know there is a professional out there who will respect and implement dietary requests without compromising flavor, presentation or variety.

It is easy to become bored with catering concepts that repeat one after the other with little or no variance! Lisa's flavorful creations have kept my plate full & mouth happy on more than one occasion. I have not yet needed her direct services, but have benefited from attending events that she has catered. Her food was certainly the highlight.

I consider myself one of the lucky; I have participated in many of Lisas private cooking lessons. Over the past few years Ive expanded my palate and have experienced many new and wonderful foods. All with the guidance of Lisa, she has challenged me to step out side my personal limitations on food. And yes I can now cook! Ok, I wasnt so bad to start with, but now I take pride in cooking from scratch and not adding ingredients to a prepackaged product. Our family and friends cannot believe that I a basic man with no apparent skills prepared a healthy and fantastic meal. Ive found that learning to cook has opened many new relationships with friends and family that couldnt have grown if we would have only enjoyed a typical dinner at a restaurant.

We attended a wonderful cooking class featuring appetizers. Everything was fresh, beautiful, extraordinary and delicious. If you get the chance, take one of Lisa's cooking classes, or better yet, have her cook for you!

Lisa, is very thorough and detailed, from the moment she meets with you to discuss what you want in your menu and event to the finishing touches as the food is served. She lets you be involved if you want to but has lots of great suggestions if you don't know what you want. If you hire her for catering your event you can be sure your attendees will leave talking about the great food they had.

We call whenever we need catering for either personal or business events. She is talented, timely, organized and efficient. It is a joy to work with her on a personal and professional level and your guests will be talking about her food for months.
