Pearl use to be the Keys. It had a nice face lift especially the bathrooms in the back. I love the unisex bathrooms. The best and new advantage of the place. I use to work there, but I still enjoyed the new digs plus less ghetto people compared to before. They are trying but the prices are too high for Tucson. Plus you need to know the right bartender to get good drinks in this joint and all bars.

First let's get the one positive thing out of the way, they do have a very elegant looking establishment on the inside.

However, when you are right next to a run down strip mall it kind sucks the energy out the place. The service is terrible, either the place is too big or they don't have enough servers. We went for a friends birthday and to rent a private table with a few balloons and a bottle of champagne the wanted close to 300 bucks. You don't know where it's okay to sit because almost every seat has to be reserved, which means you have to pay to sit... Unbelievable!

I think the worst part of the whole experience would have to be the fact that their mixed drinks have almost no alcohol in them. If you pay for a drink with liquor you expect to get some at least!

Pearl is definitely a horrible place to go if you are looking to have fun.

Pearl, formerly known as The Keys, has not drastically improved under new ownership other than the interior.

The Club is advertised as a Las Vegas-style night club, but given that it is next to a thrift store, a beauty college and Pier 1, it's hard to put yourself in that frame of mind.

The new owner invested a great amount of money and effort into remodeling the place, and you can't argue that it isn't a beautiful space, but you can't fool yourself into thinking you're at Sin City.

We paid a $7 and $10 cover (women/men) even though there was no live music or featured DJ, the majority of the seating is "VIP," which essentially means you have to pay to sit, and the drinks are weak. I almost doubt there was any liquor in my mix drink...

This place is way overrated. Don't even bother...
