Hypnosis with Franka

Franka Fiala is a very talented hypnotherapist. Our session was invaluable to me as a professional performer. She has helped my performance skills and has planted some wonderful seeds for future success. With her help it is possible to unlock hidden potential. I recommend her highly!

I had never participated in any kind of hypnosis before, but after struggling with anxiety and stage fright for my entire life, I finally decided to see if it could help me. I met with Franka for only two sessions, and I can honestly say that during that short time, she has brought me a new sense of calmness and control in my performing life. Franka made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed in her presence, and her intelligence, sensitivity and intuitiveness completely enlightened me and connected with me. Not only were the sessions powerful, but Franka also gave me multiple techniques and tools to take away with me, so that when I am at home or in a performance, I can continue to work on grounding myself even without her physically with me. The most impressive part of Franka's guidance might be that weeks or even months after my sessions with her, she has taken the time to check in with me multiple times through email and calls. Franka is truly invested in her clients and you will feel that you are no longer alone in your fight to conquer the obstacle that brought you to Franka in the first place. I feel very lucky and am grateful that I found her.

I've beeg going to therapy for close to 40 years. After a break up I had insomnia for over two weeks. Thats when I found out about where Franka works when I saw Jeffrey on Tyra BAnks Show. She has done more for me in one session then all of those psychiatry sessions.. I continue to see her and will when I need to. She has recently won an award as the best at what she does..
She truly deserves that honor.. I feel lucky to have found her.

I have to admit - like a typical New Yorker, I am one of the most cynical people you might ever meet - to the point where I would sometimes wonder whether the reviews on here were all written by actual clients, but after having the privilege of meeting Franka just last month, I can truly say she is one of those special and gifted people you can count your blessings for having met.

It is difficult to sum up a woman with such immense talents, but I have often told her, I believe the term "hypnotist" does not do her justice. Franka is well qualified to be a "life-coach" - her extensive knowledge on many health related issues is impressive, and equally important, her intuitiveness will give you the advantage in trying to solve whatever issues you may have

Franka is completely genuine and warm, and her brutal honesty can be refreshing, especially in a field that can be known to be a bit touchy-feely. I have been so impressed with her thoroughness, and her ability to research issues - there is definitely no cookie-cutter approach. I had the privilege of attending a seminar with Franka (we were both students) - and her knowledge was like a sponge - by the end of the seminar - I felt as if she could have been teaching the seminar

As a final aside - i recently visited her center in Mayaguez.Located in the beautiful mountains and as far away from San Juan as one can imagine, the warmth (both weather and people) was a welcome relief from the stresses of NYC. Her partner Horacio is a talented artist but more important, he is a relaxed, pleasant man with a great sense of humor and good energy, who will always make you feel welcome.
At a minimum, visiting the center will be as good as any spa vacation you can treat yourself to, however, the upside is unlimited, as you get the chance to work with Franka in a more extensive setting. The rewards are up to you - for as Franka has taught me, only you can fix yourself - she is just a guide to help you along in the process

After attending the autohypnosis workshop with Franka and a couple therapy sessions I can honestly say I have had the breakthrough in my life, to find peace of mind in all situations. We are continuously growing and challenges, but, I am amazed at the progress I am making. This is the kind of breakthrough that one spends their whole life looking for. When you can finally live in the moment. I feel very privileged to have this opportunity to have learned from her. I highly recommend her services..And I look forward to continuing learning from her. My wife and I participated in an auto hypnosis seminar provided by Franka Fiala in Mayaguez, PR. The experience was very enlightening and powerful! Franka provided many techniques and guidance throughout the whole day seminar at the tranquil and peaceful setting of her home. Healthy snacks and a delicious healthy meal were provided to complete the wholeness of the seminar. The seminar price does not compare with the tremendous amount of knowledge and the real value of the material learned. The knowledge acquired on this seminar have changed the way I see everything in my life; it did helped me to cope with my insecurities, fears and doubts. We strongly recommend this seminar (or any other seminar given by Franka) to anyone. The services provided by Franka are a must for everyone to get ahead and forward in these times of turbulence.

Working with Franka has been an absolute dream come true. She is attentive, thoughtful, honest, and genuinely interested in helping others achieve their goals. I saw her for 3 appointments to work on changing 2 different ways of thinking that were no longer useful to me. The changes I experienced were both dramatic and sustainable. My visits with Franka have made me more comfortable with who I am and more fully engaged with life--exactly what I wanted! Honestly, I can't thank her enough for her help.

I have spent my whole life wondering about some of the things I learned about myself in a session with Franka.
She is very gifted and she guided me down a path of amazing revelations.I felt extremely comfortable and the experience I had was nothing short of mind -blowing.I am looking forward to my next session as it is very healing for me and very inspiring.

I'm thrilled to write this review for Franka with regard to her hypnosis seminar I attended this fall. These techniques have assisted me in my every day life as well as my acting pursuits. I had a blast with Franka in a very intensive but free flowing workshop, got a rather large bag of skills that I will be using in public and private. The balance between personal exercise, interactive work and guided hypnotic sessions was just perfectly balanced . I am looking forward to spending more time with Franka in the future, this is just great stuff.
