Renew Laser Clinic

I have been to a few dermatologists and this center is, by far, the best. The doctor uses the most current laser hair removal technique and it didn't hurt at all. I had a much better result and it only took three sessions to get rid of the hair I wanted to get rid of. She's great and listens to everything that needs to be done.

I went to see Dr. Macow several months ago on hair removal.I was amazed at the different types of treatment of skin care that Dr.Macow specializes in. I have always had bad skin growing up and as an adult I resulted in alot of scaring. I did 3 treatment of skin care for my scaring and was amazed at the results. Dr. Macow has been absolutely great and made me feel very comfortable in my own skin again. If you only knew how having scares on your face can make you feel. i noticed a difference with the first treatment, so after the third it was amazing. The staff is great, they are very warm and caring.

I went to see Dr. Makow at Renew Laser several months ago for my adult acne. We discussed a couple of different options and decided on the Blue-u treatment. I was a little hesitant since I knew there would be some "down time" involved. I had to stay inside for 48 hours - and then be really careful to avoid the sun as much as possible after that - All in all it took about 7 days to completely heal. The results were incredible! I mean really, I have spent thousands on facials, glycolics & products and nothing cleared up my skin so well. Not only that, it's also a rejuvenating treatment and so the fine lines and small age spots are gone too! I am so happy with my clear skin. I will continue to see Dr. Makow for all my skin treatment needs.

I visited Renew Laser Clinic at the suggestion of a friend. The staff was very nice and the office was beautiful. I saw Dr. Makow for Botox. Unlike other doctors I had seen who wisked me in and out in 5 minutes, she took the time to really look at my face, talk to me about my needs and recommend a treatment that was a match for my lifestyle and BUDGET. I couldn't believe a doctor was actually telling me "You know, you don't really need that right now, come back for your eyes in a couple years!" I think that is the difference when you're working with a trained physician versues a regular aesthetician (sp?). You get a real doctor wanting to help you instead of selling you something.

The other thing I liked is that she made a follow up appointment with me for the next week to see how the treatment was taking. During that meeting she saw that one muscle hadn't smoothed out completely and took care of it on the spot.

My only negative is that I got used to being able to walk in and get seen either that day or the next day but they seemed to be recently picking up clients and you have to call about a week or so in advance. I guess it's not really a negative, but just a heads up.

Also, one last final note for moms. I had to take my kids with me for my appointments and the staff was so nice and played with them while I had my treatments. I really appreciated that.
