DO NOT CALL!!!! On the Thursday morning I called to get an appointment I was offered either a 11am-1pm or 2-4pm time slot...I went with the earlier time slot so as to avoid too much work being missed ?? as their time frame came and went I called them at 1:15 to ask how far they were away? they told me no one was going to be able to make it today after all ?? they didn??t even have the curtsy to call to let me know this! So it went from 2 time slots available on a Thursday to being told to wait till Monday morning! They are unreliable, inconsiderate, poorly organized ?? PLEASE spend your time and money with another company they are an embarrassment and you will only end up frustrated and wasting your time.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Destiny Electric. We had a whole-house surge protector installed by the owner and he was very prompt and professional. I look forward to doing business with Destiny Electric again.

I dealt directly with the owner on a job they quoted. His name is Paul, and he came accross as arrogant, and actually talked negatively about some of his competition. My company chose him because of their prices, but they ended up billing us much more than originally quoted. When we tried to have them explain the additional fees after they were finished, he never returned the calls personally, (his office secretary called back) saying, "Paul is unavailable", and although she was extremely pleasant and professional sounding (the only bright spot in that little operation), even she seemed frustrated that he would not get back to us, and quite embarrased when we would call back several more times and inform her that he still has yet to return our calls. When he was trying to get our business he would not stop calling, but when they were done and we had several issues, he NEVER returned calls. We are considering reporting them to the BBB.

We're sorry I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with our company. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. To that end, we do have a satisfaction guarantee; if any of our clients are unsatisfied with Destiny Electric, for ANY reason, we will do whatever it takes to make them satisfied, right up to refunding all their money, if that's what it takes. I'm not sure how some of this happened, as we use a Straightforward Pricing system, and all prices are given up front. Unfortunately, I do not know who this review is from, so I can't contact them directly to find out what happened, or to try and solve this problem. But I encourage them to contact the office so we can rectify the situation if they read this response. Also, thank you for the feedback.
