I had recieved a spa package as a birthday gift to the salon so I was able to try out 4 different types of services. First I got a facial by Geene and it was great she was very sweet and even trimed my eyebrows up as well. The next time I visited I got my hair cut and it was the most unfriendly haircut I have ever gotten. The lady who never even told me her name never spoke, didn't cut as much off of my hair as I asked her to and when I told her that I wanted my hair blowdryed under with a round brush she told me it would be an extra 35$! So she blowdryed my hair strait as a board, I went in with my hair looking better than when I left.
I didn't end up using the rest of the services because even though I complained that I was unhappy with my cut they did nothing to mend the situation.
Today I got my eyebrows done by Marina and she did an excelent job. If the other place up the street wasn't closed on sunday I would have never gone back, but I really needed my eyebrows done so I gave it another chance. I would return to get my eyebrows done by Marina who did threading instead of waxing or for a facial but never again for my hair.
