really liked the place nice stuff little expensive but think it may be unavoidable and oh yeah the peeps were real nice, and all 5 Star Rating - World class

maybe yo mama would like to go in the haystack nana. But what a selection! Sweet Jesus! They HAD REALLY COOL LAMPS AND LITTLE VINTAGE LIGHTERS THAT WERE SOO- CUTE, OH- YEAH!

A great discovery 5 Star Rating - World class

I came across Haystack quite accidentally while visiting Brooklyn Heights. Once inside I was hooked. I especially love the Manhattan-quality jewelry at Brooklyn-friendly prices. Great stuff. Great service. Great store. Highly recommended!

poor customer service 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

it's a shame... because they have nice things, but poor customer service, unreliable and unfriendly. owner should hire friendlier staff.
