Don't get me wrong, I like Himalayan Cuisine but I don't think they deserve 5 stars. Few places do.
They have a beautiful and clean restaurant. They serve very good food and the buffet is a great deal.

However, the cons are:
So So location. The little strip mall they are in has very little parking and is very hard to get in or out of.
Service. The staff is extremely inattentive.
Pricing. When you are ordering a la carte the prices are rather high for the portions they give you.

All in all it's a good restaurant that I'll go back to but not one that I would go out of my way to go back again.

I dont know how to word it, but this restaurant is outstanding, from the food to the service.

How many times have weve gone to places and get disappointed, at this place there is no space for that. Treat yourself and your love ones, if you truly want an outstanding experience, you definitely want eat at Himalayan Cuisine.

Ive lived in Vegas for over 15 years, and I know there is a lot of over dress places where the food does not match the location, price or food origin. But Himalayan Cuisine is Excellent Food, Excellent Price, and Outstanding Service.

My family and I are very particular about good Indian food, and believe we are experts of sorts. Let me say this; exceptional Indian food in this suave, polished restaurants with reasonable pricing. the host is cultured and alert, the food delectable, and the ambience soothing and family friendly. Also a great choice for corporate dining!
I am taking my team there next time we go to Vegas.

What a treat for all of us who went to this last LV vacation and refused to go to big and tasteless buffets, but instead found this gem of vegetarian cuisine. Next time, we'll go to LV just to enjoy this meal.
