The overall experience was fantastic. Brian and Wade did a great job on the install and Bill was very responsive to questions about quotes and pricing. NW Digital provided very competitive pricing and were very professional. They were very detail oriented and kept me aprised of the process along the way. A couple of things I really appreciated: 1. the creativity they offered and 2. the fact that they provided several different configurations for my home theater set up at a variety of pricing levels. There was no pressure whatsoever to go with the most expensive options. I would highly recommend NW Digital Media.
