Fort Lauderdale Van Rentals

We reserved 4 15 Persons vans for our Miami Tournament travel with IMAGE.

The 4 full size vans and 1 Dodge Sprinter 12 Passenger Van were waiting for us at the MIA International Airport terminal where we just load the dodge sprinter van with our packages and went our to our Intercontinental hotel in downtown Miami.

The return process was Just as easy.
The drivers were waiting for us at the airport where they collected the vans and we went in to check in.

Danielle Napoles THE Senior Sales Manager accepted the delivery of the rental vans and we arrived at the hotel the vans which they were all 2008 Ford E350 BLACK were beautifully lined up for us at the Grand Bay Hotel parking Lot. Hello,

I am writing to let you know about 10 satisfied customers..ME AND MY FAMILY! Please see attached photos of the gan g with the van.

We recently traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC in one of your Dodge Sprinter Van(mini bus??)..Great experience_ very spacious,comfortable and surprisingly fuel efficient.

During our road trip many people asked me "What the heck is that monster?"..a few wanted to know where we rented it and some wanted to look at the passenger cabin and the amazing trunk space..one wanted to know the size of the engine and the displacement (now how would I know that?).

The service provided by Josh (he answered all my questions and booked my reservation), and Marcy, who did all the registration and paperwork (with a smile and a sunny attitude) was excellent. I write this because I am from the hospitality industry myself and know how important it is for our informed associates to interact pleasantly with all the guests. Please pass on my thanks to both- Josh and Marcy.

By the way, at some point in our road trip, we called the tel# on the key-chain to find out what frequency to use on the FM to get audio on the DVD..once again the answer was forthcoming and accurate.( Did not get the name of the person I spoke to..it was a male).

The VAN RENTAL COMPANY is a great place for vans. They claim that they never overbook.They DO require a deposit for 15 pass. van reservations.

They make this easy by faxing or e-mailing a form that you can fill in with your credit card info and sign.Seems right since most of us book 2 or 3 passenger vans just to make sure we get one.

The people taking care of you at the counter are very helpful. They patiently explained the 2 available insurances and never pressured me to purchase any. Incidentally, they all confirmed that the owner absolutely makes sure to never overbook. Great place.

My customer service experience with The Passenger Van Rental Company in Forth Lauderdale Florida & Miami Florida Airports was a good one and I was especially impressed by the helpfulness of one specific The Passenger Van Rental Company staff member ( Ann Howland). I went to the counter and presented my e-mail confirmation printout to the rep. She looked it over, asked for my driver's license and credit card, and asked what make of car I would like. She then gave me the lot location and sent me on my way. By accident, I walked over to an area where I thought I would find the cars. I could see the red The Passenger Van Rental Company sign and assumed I was headed in the right direction. Once I got there, I realized that this was the wrong place- it was a service area for the rental cars. Before I could turn around and head back, a guy working at this service lot noticed that I looked confused/frustrated and he asked me what I was looking for. I told him and without hesitation he asked me to get into a car so that he could drive me to the actual lot and I could avoid the long walk back. He drove me right up next to the car I was renting, greatly exceeding my expectations for customer service and earning The Passenger Van Rental Company Forth Lauderdale Florida & Miami Florida Airports some bonus points- points that could easily convince me to use them again in the future
