Wow! What can I say about Optimum Health but Christine Bissonnette, LMT is excellent at giving massages. She can reduce the amount of stress that you are carrying just by massaging it out of your body. She is very personable, friendly and caring. Her business is clean, warm and soothing.
She is located downtown Westfield, MA.
I have had several massages and they have relaxed me to the point where I have fallen asleep.
