I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Accent at Mycarman and I can confirm that they deserve all the positive reviews. Staying in Texas for 1 year (I'm French, and I'm here for a 1 year contract), I was looking for a reliable car at a great value through West Division Street, Arlington, TX. When my wife and I arrived to Mycarman, we were impressed by their inventory and their prices (especially compare to the other dealerships on this street). The same thing with their staff and their office (very friendly staff, no pressure to buy and answering all our questions, free carfax available,...). When we decided to buy a car from them (at a very attractive price), they were really helpful (especially for us, because it was our first car in the US, so we needed help for the paperwork, the insurance,...). Everything went perfect.

The most important part comes after. Few days after our purchase, the check engine light came on and at the first refill of our tank we had trouble to start the engine. Really disappointed (especially with the fact that in Texas you buy the car "as is"), we went to several repair shops and look on the internet and we figured out what was the problem. We decided to go back to Mycarman and they told us the check engine light was indeed on when they had the car and that they had sent it to the repair shop to fix it. Being an Evap system code, it implied a lot of parts and it seemed the part replaced wasn't the right one or at least not enough to solve the problem. As soon as we explain this to Zima, he took the car to their repair shop and changed the part (the purge valve) at their own expense. My problem is now fixed and I have no problem to start my car anymore when I fill the tank.

We were dreading to purchase our car in the US and we definitely not regret our choice of buying it at Mycarman. We will definitely recommend this place to our other French fellows looking for a car in the future.

Was looking for a great used car for quite some time, when I stumbled upon mycarman.net, There I discovered a great staff, that greeted me right away and was friendly and outgoing without being the pushy sales person type. I inquired about a GMC Tahoe they had on the lot, test drove it and was even able to get a great deal from Sami the owner.

When I made my purchase, they had the car inspected for me promised a title very soon and they delivered.

Thank you for taking care of my used car needs in such an efficient manner. I look forward to future purchases through your lot!

Stop looking for a place to buy your used car, this is the place. My wife and I had a very specific vehicle we wanted and a tight budget. MyCarMan had the car we wanted in beautiful condition and it ran great!! The price was lower than we expected to pay and I could not be more satisfied. Sami and the guys were very helpful and efficient. The sales process was pain free and there were no surprises or pressure to buy extras. We spent way too much time on Craig??s list chasing false deals all over the Metroplex and visited almost every used car dealer in a 25 mile radius. They all had a scam of some sort, wasted our time and were selling someone else??s junk. Not the case at MyCarMan. Sami had solid safe cars in a variety of price ranges. Next time we need a car or service on one of our vehicle we are going straight to Sami. I will always recommend Sami to all of my closest friends and family. Thanks for a great experience Sami!!

Sami and his staff were awesome. Great car at a great price. No pressure at all. Wonderful to talk to. My credit union was closed on the weekend, Sami let me take the car on my word and a handshake that I would handle the money transaction on Monday. Will definitely do business with them again.

I might agree with some of the bad experiences noted on these reviews. Seems Sami was quite rude over the phone and doesn't consider test drives unless my cash is in hand. No customer service is apparent and no patience for questions. Thousands of other places to shop. Cheers!

I bought an 04' 4x4 Titan over a year ago with 117k miles... After a few months had to replace radiator and that was it.. 60k later and still the best truck I have ever owned, and I have had them all... I will now buy a car for my daughter from Sami... The best deals in town, Always......

This is definately not your typical run-of-the-mill
dealership. I was courteously greeted the moment I arrived and felt like
Sami rolled out the red carpet for me, as he obviously does for all his
customers.. My Carman.net has vigorously went out of their way to bend over
backwards for me, first of all going as far as lowering the actual retail
price of the 2003 Mercedes-Benz CLK320 I purchased so I could afford it,
filled my gas tank, and gave me customized floor mats. As a bonus, I was
also given a 33%complimentary discount on all the extra parts and labor on
the vehicIe I requested.Sami paid license fees out of his own pocket.My car
was washed, compounded, and waxed after being serviced for some 5 whole
hours at his dealership's service center. His thoroughness and desire to
satisfy his customers motivated me to author this testimony on his behalf.
Why venture anywhere else to look for a car, SUV, truck or van? My
Carman.net truly is your "One Stop Shop."

Sami the owner was fair from the start, truthful, and considerate with my questions. Able and Shay on his staff were also accommodating and very helpful. The mechanics out in the lot were also very helpful and gave me immediate assistance. I got a great price on my Honda Pilot which was in impeccable shape. The vehicle was actually in much better shape then a comparable one I drove at a name brand dealer earlier that day.

We struck a deal in a matter of minutes on my new car and my trade that was fair for both parties and met both our interests. The transaction was a great win-win experience.

Although the entire staff was on the go the entire time, I never felt rushed by them and was given the space and time I needed to do the thinking and figuring I needed.

Great experience I can??t complement the entire staff there enough.

This place is awesome, the Owner Sami, and his Salesman Able remebered my wife and I after two weeks.

Sami will bend over backwards to assure that purchaser is Happy.

Very Kind, Sincere Man. I will never go else where for a Vehicle.

I have dealt with Used Dealers since 1986 here in Arlington, but from now on I will look no more.
