I live in Frisco and the local franchisee that lives in Frisco delivered my bounce house. He showed up early let us keep it an hour longer than we rented it and then thanked us for using his company. Polite, professional,and very nice. Kids had a great time on the Pirates A'Hoy, couldn't keep them from playing with the mouth inside that moves. Thanks Jumping J-Jays Frisco for making our son's birthday one he will always remember.Jeff G

We had one of these castles and have hired from other local operators in the past, we found the castle to be a lot smaller than others we had hired from or seen before. We have also read things since then about how Jumping J-Jays are an Australian Franchise, not American that treats it's Franchisees as virtual slaves. I would never hire from them again the castles are much smaller for the money and they treat the Franchisees so badly, I even read that most of them walk away with nothing.

I have to start off with how very impressed I was at how professional this company was!! I have booked bounce houses before but never had the experience that I had with Jumping J Jays. From the moment that I called, the girl on the other end was very very nice and helpful, not like alot of these Mom and Pop business' that act like you are bothering them when they answer if they even answer at all.
Last year I had a company that I had booked just not show up and then never answer any of my calls. Ruined the party plans that we had that day. So this year I was a bit leary!! This company not only is a real business and you can reach them just about any time but they send you out an invoice and confirmation within a few days of your booking and deposit. I would never ever book another bounce house with someone that didnt require a deposit to confirm that they will show up on your special day.

I recently rented a bounce house for my daughters birthday and I am VERY impressed with this product. I have rented before (3 times) from other companies and was always a little nervous about the bounce house leaning or falling over. The netted walls were not "sturdy" the bounce house would lean or start to tip whenever the kids would push on them. WELL I have found the answer. Jumping J-Jays bounce houses have inflatable walls!!! Which makes the bounce house much more "sturdy", there was no leaning or tipping what so ever AND the kids were able to bounce off the walls. As a father I want my child to have the SAFEST and MOST FUN POSSIBLE. Jumping J-Jays provided that!! I recommend these guys and will be using them in the future.

For my daughter's birthday I wanted to do something a little special a rent a bounce house, so I did a bit of research on children's parties. I came across the Jumping J-Jays Bounce House website and looked no further!
There were pictures of every bounce house available and when I clicked on them it gave me a whole 3D tour of the inside! I found exactly what I wanted and it was great to be able to view the bounce house before I paid my money so I knew exactly what I was getting on the day.
I'd definately recommend these guys, everything right from the start was professional and organised and gave me one less thing to worry about on the day.
Definately look at their website before you book cause there's so many to choose from and seeing them in 3D you almost get to try before you rent!
They made my day a success... Top Class!
