This review is long overdue. My husband and I went to Sarah Clayton, he went once. I saw her several times. Our biggest problem was communication, we had a hard time discussing the difficult things. At one of my sessions with Sarah he told me how my husband had told her that he wishes I was more like our Tenant. Now I had a feeling my husband was having an affair but no proof. Sarah proceeded to tell me everything my husband had said about this tenant, needless to say because she told me private information, my feelings were validated. I told my husband who was so upset, I think he called the office to report it, but I'm not sure. My husband told me he wasn't going to see Sarah, but that I could still see her if I wanted. The next day I received a phone call at my work, it was Sarah who proceeded to tell me that my husband wanted to let me know that he loved and respected me because I was the mother of his child and I was a good mom but that he wasn't in love with me and that he didn't ever want to get back together with me. I was ,Ike Sarah why are you telling me this, shouldn't my husband be telling me this, you know have have communication problems--I got no response.
I think Sarah needs to see a counselor herself. She broke the privacy law. Your problems will only get worse if you see her, and if you see her, make sure it's not when she has tickets to Tanglewood, because then she won't even listen to you or look at you. She will stare out the window waiting for her friend to come pick her up for the show!

Sarah Clayton is the most unprofessional, unethical therapist I have ever dealt with. If you truly are in need of counseling, do not go to Psych Care Associates or to Sarah Clayton. They will not help you, they will make your problems worse.

I have been a patient of the good Dr. since approx. 1996 for medication therapy for a mental illness. He has helped me tremendously to turn my life around. Where I once was not able to get out of bed, I now work full time and have had a couple of books of my poetry published. Dr. Qayyum monitors my medication therapy and keeps my illness in check. I have great confidence in his expertise and his compassionate and professional approach to his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends for help.

I have been battling depression for quite sometime now, luckily my primary care physician recommended me to Dr. Qayyum. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable without all the psycho babble. He is tough, but I have gotten so much better thanks to his recommendations on medicine and advice. I know I owe him a great deal of gratitude.
