Arlington Richfield got us our apartment loan. We had a closing date set for the purchase of an apartment building. Two days before the closing the FDIC shut our bank down. About three months ago we went to Arlington Richfield for financing. After several conference calls they got us an offer for financing. The application process took longer than what we are used to, but we ended up buying the apartment building for half of what our first offer was. They have excellent service and know what the real value of real estate is. We sent them a few more customers and all of them are have recived loans. Arlington Richfield does charge for there services, but so do we when people try to rent from us. They really came through.

Alington Richfield are crooks and well known for being so. The comments below are probably from Frank Vogel. Most are anonymous or without any contact information and dated all around the same time. I have clients that have lost money with AR and they will be happy to share their story with you. AR is notoriously know to stall and take a client's $25,000 upfront fee to evaluate a deal that they know they can't fund. KEEP AWAY!!!

I am a hotel broker and have been for twenty five years. I went to Arlington Richfield for a refinance of three small resort hotels. It took about a month to go through their processing. My experience with Arlington Richfield was very positive. They are very broker friendly.

I was seeking financing for our office building after our current bank went under. I did go to all the usual sources with zero success. We were able to get our building refinanced in 60 days of the initial application. Their due diligence and underwriting is very extensive. I would recommend Arlington Richfield to only serious investors. They are extremely responsive and professional.

We completed an apartment building purchase in less than 30 days with Arlington Richfield. We had shopped around for almost 6 months with no luck. If you need commercial financing they have cash. We highly recommend them, they are very professional. We are currently purchasing 3 more apartment buildings using Arlington Richfield

Arlington Richfield did an excellent job of refinancing our office building after being rejected by our current bank. They were able to reduce the mortgage balance and provide us with cash out. I would like to thank Arlington Richfield and their employees for really taking the time to structure a transaction that we could live with for our apartment building holdings in the extremely difficult commercial refinance market. Our current bank was unable to continue with our current mortgage financing and referred us to a few lenders. Arlington Richfield was the only company that was able to refinance our portfolio with cash out for much need improvements. As a real estate investor I would recommend Arlington Richfield as an excellent source for refinance capital. Mark Davis

Arlington Richfield has been our ACE in the hole for the last 5 months during the mortgage meltdown. I've been a commercial mortgage broker for 20 years. They are the most professional and responsive company we have worked with. In the last 5 months we have had 7 successful funded loans, since October 2008. We have a closing scheduled in March (next month). Their average time to close a deal is about 2 to 4 months. I am an experienced Commercial Loan Broker in Charlotte, NC with a legitimate business that places and facilitates Commercial Loans and Mortgages. We have a verifiable record of success. I feel bad that one of our clients was recently duked by this company. They are very convincing and their owner Frank Vogel makes you feel like he is really working for you---UNTIL YOU PAY YOUR DUE DILIGENCE FEES---THEN THEY USE EVERY STALL TACTIC IN THE BOOK - ABOUT WORKING ON YOUR PACKAGE--PLACEMENT PROGRESS AND THEN BASICALLY DISAPPEAR. I had to initiate every contact after the fees were paid. I have never received any real updates except for when I block my number and call them. They say that letters are on the way and that their processors are working on the file but they are always on conference calls setting up their next victim. They told us that they were 75% sure that they had our deal pre-placed....that they are connected to large funds, that they are a direct lender that warehouses their own funding....nothing has ever been verified by any action of theirs. Frank Vogel (their President) initially told me that he has a legal team that goes after anyone that bad-mouths their company. Well I have records of every phone call and email and my clients are the ones that want to go after him and his company. My advice about this company is to run as fast as you can--DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY. It is my opinion that they had no intention of funding any transaction or visiting the construction site. Their business plan appears to be -to collect as many fees as they can....then disappear or complain about the package (which was totally complete), talk about time-lines (that seem to expand daily), or maybe turn you down...I don't know...we have lost contact with them due to our lack of chasing them and trying to trick them into answering the phone. I hate what companies like this have done to our industry. You will notice that all of the good reviews of their company are Anonymous...It looks like they are writing their own reviews. You are free to contact me or any of the others that have been duked by their tactics.Oh yeah...if your legal team would like to talk to my attorneys Frank, I am sure he would welcome the call. I'm sure he stays busy defending you.

Great job on the Bridge Loan last week and my prompt commission check. We have several more developers to send you. I would recommend Arlington Richfield to anyone that needs fast bridge financing in this market. The staff is extremely professional and helpful.

I have dealt with Arlington Richfield. And I am not impressed. If you look at all the reviews they are anonymous. Probably written by AR. I submitted a package for a client in the past and this is what AR came up with. 25,000.00 up front fee, wanted to have a third party company sign over 50% of their operations. wanted to charge 3% of the total amount funded. Wanted to have the third party company place their property in first lien position for AR, NOTE: this was not the company that was requesting the funding. How does this company stay in business? If companies would do their due diligence on people like AR they would not get screwed. I have found AR NOT to be a direct lender. They are in my opinion a disaster. How can AR make a demand with such stupid concessions when they are not the ones providing the funds? Sounds like they are a scam to snatch folks hard earned money. Needless to say, I would not recommend AR to anyone. Finaly,

Weve been sending all of our A Paper deals to Arlington Richfield for the past six months with excellent results. Since all of the conduit sources have dried up, their relationships with the Life Insurance and Pensions basically have kept us in business. They are set up really well to work with and support commercial brokers.

We are currently using Arlington Richfield for our third construction project in the last two years. They eliminate any surprises during the construction process by doing a tremendous amount of due diligence at the start of the funding process which has enabled us to have a very realistic construction schedule so we can complete our projects on time. They are the most responsive company we have ever worked with. The President Mr. Vogel has assembled a world class staff that works extremely well with all of our personnel. Arlington Richfield has become our primary source of capital due to their extensive network of contacts within the banking industry.

We went to Arlington Richfield after being turned down by every bank last November for a large land acquisition deal in South Florida. The President, Frank Vogel came down to Florida with members his executive staff for two months to help facilitate the transactions. They really have great customer service, mainly because Frank is so loyal to his staff and the fund managers they work with.

Arlington Richfield is got to be the hardest working consulting firm in the US. We have financed several high profile developments through them and will continue to do so well into 2008. Frank Vogel the founder and president is got to be the nicest guy in the international banking business. He and his staff knows how to say no - then show you how to restructure your deal to keep every one happy. There global and regional contacts are impressive as well as there stafff. Which made up of former auto and labor executives.
