I used them in Scottsdale, Az, and I was so surprised to see that Manuchair was also here in Chicago. He came to my floor to pick up my rugs that I needed servicing. My cleanings with them last years. The repairs that they do is superior to anything I have ever seen. I can not even tell where the repair was front or back. They are the best. No one is better than a Master Weaver.
