I was blessed to have Dr. Cruz deliver my daughter. It was a complicated labor and delivery and she was calm, professional, and quick to react. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to deliver her. My only two favorites were her and Dr.

This place Is TERRIBLE! But I was new to the area and found them to be my only choice. SOME of the staff is nice and then some are sooooo rude. I am 35 weeks pregnant, been at this office the whole time and I didn't even know who my doctor was until last week and I've never even seen him/her. I have good insurance through my husbands job and have recently discovered that they are double charging me for tons of stuff and were extremely rude in letting me know that I supposedly owe them $800 by the next 2 weeks... Um no. They won't even allow older siblings to come to ultrasound appointments which is rediculous, I do sorta understand the no kids policy but I think there are times when it should be allowed especially when this policy keeps my husband from being able to attend. Overall I ignored the reviews an went here and at first thought they were okay but it has become a nightmare. They don't make pregnancy a fun or special time, you are just another dollar they rush through their office. They are also very pushy with c sections and induction and I've heard they have lied to several different women about having breach babies just to back them into a c section. Don't go here if your pregnant!! Maybe for a yearly but not a pregnancy!! Don't ignore the reviews like I did, it's worth the drive

I have read the other reviews and we are not going to the same place. These doctors have wonderful bedside manner and are always so professional nice and answer every question. I like their policy that no children are allowed in the office. This allows for a better experience for the other patients and more focus on the issues you and your doc can discuss. I actually changed to them at 30 weeks with my last pregnancy and they made the transition so easy. Sometimes a doctor might tell you something even if you don't want to hear it. They told me to lay off the chex mix at my showers........to help me with my water retention problem. Seeing all the docs during your pregnancy is important because any of them could be on call when you go in to labor. But once you have seen all the docs you can make an appt with whoever you prefer. It really doesnt matter anyway because all of the docs will do a great job with delivery. The first time i met dr. Lovinger he delivered my baby and he was fantastic. Overall this is a great practice and I would reccomend to anyone who wants solid medical attention during pregnancy or regular gynecology checkups.

I've only been there once and was seen by Dr.Lopatine. He made me feel very comfortable, was a great listener and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him. My gripe is with the front desk staff. While making my appointment- I explained EXACTLY what I needed to have done and that I had no insurance. Therefore, I needed to know in advance how much everything would be. I was told one thing, but before it was all said and done, I owed $239. I need to have a follow-up as we speak, but I can't afford it. So, if you are uninsured, I'd think twice about going there.

Brought my 16 year old to see Dr. Rao and she was talking to my daughter who was not clearly relaying her situation and Dr. Rao was getting frustrated and told my daughter to "Speak up, say what you mean" when my daughter wasn't sure what to say. I told Dr. Rao that my daughter was 16 and she didn't need to be talked to like that. I found her very rude and intolerable. She was not going to see my daughter after that but ended up seeing her because no other doctor was available. I would not recommend Dr. Rao for teenagers, I have been going to this practice for 5 years and I see a different doctor who is very friendly and I thought my daughter would do better with a female doctor. I was wrong. Do no see Dr. Rao.

I got laid off and lost insurance during my pregnancy. Prior to the lay-off I had neither a good or bad review of Dr. Lopentine. He was just okay. After the lay-off and change to government Medicaid, my appointments became rushed and very cold. At one point he even inquired about my insurance coverage, "Are you still on Medicaid?" This was odd because never before had a doctor asked me about my coverage. Those questions are typically covered at the front desk prior to seeing the doctor. No doctor since has asked such a question of me. Additionally the rule about no small children in the waiting room is bizarre and not family friendly. It was a pain trying to find child-care so that my husband and I could go to the appointments together. Eventually, we gave up and I went to most appointments by myself. Southern Cresent Women's Healthcare is a much better option. They have a diverse non-judgemental staff.

A few Months in to my pregnancy, I had to switch Medical Insurance, and Eagle's Landing OB/GYN was reccomended to me. I have been given the run-around and been waiting on a response from them for 2 months now, on wether or not they have even received my medical records I released to them & if they will accept me as a new patient. I can't go elsewhere as they have my records. I am high risk & missing important prenatal care due to their lack of coordination & poor level of professionalism. Their office has had such a negative impact on my pregnancy, I will warn everyone against them! Pray I sort this out & find care before my delivery please!!!

HORRIBLE!!! The U/s techs are the most rude, inconsiderate "ladies" i've ever delt with! They were actually ghetto! And none of the staff were surprised when we reported it! The dr. TRIES to take up for them, but there is no excuse for such rudness and ghetto in a drs. office NO IDEA where they get that staff from. I have to say front office is very considerate and tried to rectify the situation, but DONT waste your time!

I'm really not impressed with this office overall. The waiting room is really nice and the office is always clean. The wait time is not too long. However, for pregnancy, patients see a different doctor every visit and never really get to know the doctor who will deliver their child. We dont even know which doctor will deliver because it just depends who is on call at the time. Some of the doctors seem nice. Dr. Ramani seemed very caring and concerned. But I only saw him once. I have 4 weeks left. A few of the medical assistants are ok but there are a few I didn't like much. There aren't many choices for ob's in this area. If you don't mind driving far for appt's I would say go somewhere else for pregnancy care. For yearly well woman exams I think the office is fine.

My wife and her sister both go to this office, and recommended thier mother to this office this week. Thier mother was suffering from "vaginal prolapse", and was refused treatment because of not having insurance. This family has fallen on very hard times just like many other "americans" have. During this family's hard times, they lost thier health insurance because of job loss. The office was notified of this situation upon thier arrival, so this was'nt new to the office. This office TOOK thier money for the office visit, made them wait just to be humiliated because of not having insurance. The doctor was very cold hearted about it. They were snubed by the staff. This is outragious people...this not a lie...my wife and her sister will no longer be patients of this office.

I had both of my daughters with Eagles Landing because they are the major obgyns in my area. I knew they had the experience. I was treated badly from day one. I was looked down on in an openly rude way because of my weight and because of my insurance, Medicaid. They are cold, not informative at all, rude and treat you as if you are actually just an inconvenience. My first daughter was born with a cleft lip and cleft palate, I was not notified of this until 1 week before I had her, even after three ultrasounds. I was forced into a c-section with my first, after they induced me for going over my due date by one day. Then I was told that I had to have a repeat csection with my second daughter or else we would both risk death due to the previous section. I am now on my third pregnancy and was dropped by them, after being chastised in public due to being on Medicaid at all, because I lost my Medicaid. I was informed by another doctor that they could've continued to see me because Medicaid will back pay as far as three months. So I received no prenatal care from 12 weeks prego, I am now 24 weeks. When my Medicaid came back, Dr. L. refused to take me back on. This is the same doctor that has been so rude about my weight and tells me not to gain any weight with pregnancy, even though he already knows I always lose weight while pregnant. He just wants to keep reminding me how nasty he thinks I am. I am 5'2", 250lbs. I am really healthy...no medical issues, no history. With my first csection with these guys, they sent me home with an infection in my incision. They opened my wound in their office and sent me home with a wide open incision that took a month to fully heal. My husband had to pack it and clean it 3x a day.

I am expecting my first child and like most I'm sure, your excited about that first visit, expecting to know a possible due date, have some blood taken and all that jazz well DON"T expect that here at Eagles Landing, the worst, first of all I got a phone call about 9ish in the morning, that the MD that I was suppose to see, had and emergency, Ok granted and the appt. would be with a Dr. Rao at 1:30, so I get there, front staff was pretty friendly, not a long wait, no longer than 15min, the nurse that called me back very laid back moving like a turtle or better yet at a snails pace, not very welcoming, no questions asked, just wt and BP taken and quietly taken to the exam room, then the Dr. shows up walks in the door introduces herself, no handshake no formal to my husband who was sitting right there, didn't ask any questions about me or family hx, nothing, only Oh, you'll be this age by birth, Ok yeah AND, no blood draw, no ultrasound, only a pelvic, this was a PELVIC, HELLO.. No bedside manners, nothing to make that day seem special..I'm expecting, can I a get a little more info..I have to be my own MD, my last cycle was in march, and you sch me to come back in JUNE, JUNE for a ULTRASOUND, OMG!!!! Needless to say I won't be returning, I'm calling my Ins company and moving on....would not recommend to first, second or even third mothers to be....

Needless to say I won't be returning, I'm calling my Ins company and moving on....would not recommend to first, second or even third mothers to be....

I was going to Eagle Landing OB/GYN stating 10-2009 and 01-2010, I have had a bad experience with them they schedule all my appts with a medical assistant for my prenatal care i never meet the doctor who would be delivery my baby and also the waiting time is two hours when i had a early morning appt. I will not recommend this office to no one.

My family pratice doctor set me up an emergency appointment here and I was in the office for about 3 hours. I didn't think too much about it because I had to be worked in on such short notice. But what really got to me was when they took blood and told me that they wouldn't know anything until they got it back, they said it should take about 3 days. A week later I still hadn't heard anything and I couldn't get anyone to return my phone calls. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who want to be treated nicely in a timely manner.

I have been going to Eagles Landing OB/GYN for almost 5 years. When I went through my pregnancy with these doctors I was not impressed. They treat you like just another customer. There was no bedside manner! I would not recommend any woman delivering with these doctors!

I have been going here for several years. I would recommend it. The office is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Dr. Lopentine is my doctor he is very nice and takes the time to understand you not just as a patient but as a person.

I've been going to EL OB/GYN for several years. I would highly recommend Dr. Lopentine. He has a great bedside manner, and he seems to really care for his patients.
