We drove a long way to buy a car here. Partly because they were willing to get me the car I wanted and partly due to their great reputation on this site and others.

Guess what? They deserve their reputation. Doug Belfield and Shawn Davie were friendly, professional, and clear about the process. Everything happened as promised and we don't regret the drive.

I have purchased several vehicles at Heritage Honda and would recommend everyone to experience the hospitality and professionalism they represent. They, the salesman and manager have been so fair that I feel I made the better deal.

I had the opportunity to work with Joe Ski on purchasing my new Pilot. He was quick, easy, understood my needs, very professional, great sense of humor and best of all assisted me in walking away with the car I wanted at the price I could afford. I am a driving ad for this dealership!

I bought my new Honda from Joe Ski. The deal was great and quick. He's straight forward and sells you what you want/need, not what they have on the lot. If you're in the market for a Honda and in the area, see Joe.

Who would have thought I would be able to buy a new Honda Accord. Not even in my dreams did I think I would be able to manage it. I had settled on a Civic, Corolla, or Saturn, but my real love was the Honda Accord. I started looking at new cars I would be able to afford. Because of the honest sales practices of Joe "Ski", I was able to buy the car of my dreams. I requested a white car and by the next day I was driving home with my new 2008 Honda Accord. Buying a car today is so much easier than in my father's day thanks to the Internet. I was able to go on line to Honda, select my model and options and request a on-line quote. Before I selected a dealership I used the Internet to research consumer experiences with Honda dealerships in my immediate area. What I found was Mile One Heritage Honda in Westminster, MD had a very good reputation for both sales and service based upon more than a dozen customer experiences, so I selected them. I was contacted by Joe "Ski", the sales person who provided me with a bottom line quote. The price was right so I went in to see him in person. The experience could not have been better. He offered me a very fair price for my 2001 Odyssey and we closed the deal. I test drove the 2008 EX and loved it; however, I wanted a different color than what was in stock at Mile One. Joe found the color I wanted and told me I could pick it up on Satuday morning. It was ready on time as promised at the price promised. No gimmicks, just a very honest business transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda. Joe "Ski" could not have been more helpful and honest, two qualities that will keep me coming back. I look forward to a long relationship with Mile One going forward.
