What makes this Company unique or special? Over the years I have gone through 3 cleaning services. I guess that might make me a little picky ! But I have used this company for 6 months and I am absolutely satisfied with the work. I receive the same cleaning team every time and I feel comfortable with this. Moreover the service and scheduling is easy set up and the team is at my house on time. They customer service is wonderful. If there is something you don't like they will come out and fix it. My wife has also been satisfied with the quality of service we get. Thanks a million !!!!!!

Yolandas Maid Cleaning Service is a very organized and reputable company in Los Angeles. I had a live-in maid for 20 years but she would only do the very basics and was not that great at the details. So after reading the reviews online I decided to give them a try. I have never used a professional cleaning service before for my home and I wish I had. The cleaners cleaned areas that I never thought of cleaning. Very good job i will keep you in mind for future services. P.S.- the girls you sent out to clean the house were great !

I completely understand that finding a cleaning company these days is very challenging especially for a service that is reliable and good. After reading reviews and speaking with the phone representative I was convinced to give them an opportunity. The estimator came out to my house and gave me a very reasonable quote and I joined. From start to the completion of the cleaning I was blown away. many items that I thought are usually not cleaned were done very nicely and I was completely satisfied. My stone in the bathroom was cleaned very carefully and with attention. I give my 5 star rating to this company.

I have to mention on this City Search: I have used several cleaning services over the years and Yolandas Maid & Carpet Care Cleaning is far professional and # 1 when it comes to the cleaning aspect. I thought that having a cleaning service was not really needed for my home until my mom came by and mentioned I needed a cleaning service. After the deep cleaning I realize that a cleaning service is a must. The company disinfected everything in my condo. I had no idea my place was dirty but the crew clean areas I would not think needed cleaning like my baseboards, doors, etc. And my carpet look like clean until they drain all the dirty dark water from their machine. The point is, I am very happy and will use the cleaning service on a routine basis.

At first I was not impress with the cleaning results. the house appears clean on the surface but if you look closer, you'll see poor service. I find toothpaste still smeared in the sink, ring around the toilet bowl, and a wet/dirty rag was left behind. I may seem like I'm being too picky, but honestly I'm no perfectionist. So i call the company of my dissatisfaction and without to much fuss they send someone out to reclean those areas and left my place spotless. Overall i did received a decent service.

More than pleased with service...boy I have to say that attention to details is where the company gains points above other cleaning services. The cleaning crew walked me through the house at the end of the cleaning to show the job, which I liked. The crew was very professional with us and friendly with my two dogs. A major point I noted in the cleaning was they got all the hard to reach areas with these large extensions and dusted my ceilings and molding. And some of the areas they missed they re-clean without making a fuss about it. Thanks !

Using YMM Service has been an absolute pleasure for me and my family. We are expecting a new born in 20 days and we needed a very deep cleaning before the birth. From my first phone call with the company to the cleaning was a pleasant experience. Our bathrooms needed a deep scrubbing and the crew worked efficiently and did a wonderful cleaning. They use bio-degradable cleaning to steam clean our carpets as well. Thank You Yolandas Maid Cleaning for our transition in preparation for our new baby and setting us on a bi-weekly cleaning.

It did take me a while to find a dependable cleaning service. Yolandas Maid is a wonderful cleaning service with a great deal of professionalism. I never have to give specific instructions in regards to the cleaning or follow the cleaning team around my house. I have very expensive & delicate finish on my furniture and they know which cleaning solutions to use on them. They always cover all the areas of my house very well and I feel very safe when they are cleaning for me. It takes a great deal to trust another in your house but I trust the cleaning team in my home. I am very happy with the service and hope for a long and solid relationship with the company. The Cleaning's staff was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I have used several cleaning services in the past but Yolandas standards seem to be better. During the estimate I mentioned some concerns I had and the estimator noted all the points and the cleaning team made sure they followed through. The standard of the company is top of its game ! The quality of the work I received last week was excellent, my family is very happy with the results. All the white areas: baseboards, doors, and window sills look spotless. they even have carpet cleaners as well. I am very impressed with the quality and look forward to my weekly cleaning.

The customer service which was provided to me was great. The agent I dealt with, was very friendly and helpful with explaining the services to me. The day of the cleaning I was very excited and let me tell you it was all worth it. My house look sparkling after the cleaning team was done. I am very happy and will use this Cleaning Service again. I had a party in my 7000 square feet 3level house 3 weeks ago and believe me, the house was a complete mess when it was over. My rugs were also stained from wine and dirt and needed attention really bad. I knew I needed a big cleaning crew so decided to call the service based on their reviews on how they handle big jobs. The agent was very nice and helpful and moreover they set me up with the cleaning and carpet cleaning at the same time. The girls worked in my home patiently and covered all the areas I hoped for. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will be using Yolandas Maids & Carpet cleaning again.

We develop multi-unit condos and apartments and our original cleaning service was not able to handle the volume. So we brought in Yolandas Maids as a backup. We decided to give them a few test cleans on our model units at our Marina Del Rey Location. They did a great job on those, we have contracted them on all of our projects in Woodland Hills and had since use them. They seem to be able to handle very large projects 200 multi-unit dwellings with ease. The management is friendly, professional, well-trained, flexible and available for construction cleaning sites on such short notices.

I had required a deep cleaning in my home for some time now. I was trying to do more than I can handle, juggling my job, kids, and other day to day issues was becoming too much for me. I know it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to clean my place.. But The Yolandas cleaning crew was very professional and courteous to my needs and they able to work with my budget. Where do I start? I confirmed a cleaning lady to come out to my house. She never showed up and never called. I called the company and they sent out another cleaning lady who came 2 hours later than I had hoped so I was late to work but I left cash out on my table and left for the day. I came home and my roommate said the cleaning lady was at my house for about an hour and a half and had barely cleaned anything and took the cash and left. The toilets were not cleaned, not one surface was dusted, the mirrors and windows were not windex'd, the floors were not moped (maybe swept) they didn't take the place mats off the table to clean it but rather just cleaned around them (can't believe that) . They cleaned the countertops but didn't wipe off the soap with water after so there is about a millimeter of soapscum on my counter tops. They put a bottle of expensive toner sideways in my drawer without closing the top of the bottle and it spilled all over my drawer. Their vacuum broke halfway through the job, this person had obviously never cleaned a house before and was totally unaware of what a cleaning lady is supposed to do. After I called to complain I received a nasty text message from the cleaning ladies cell #. Which I thought was so entirely unprofessional.

First of all, I want to apologize for my behavior with the crew. I just got freak out when the time exceeded my unrealistic 2hr expectation of my cleaning job. I received estimate in excess of $900 from other cleaning companies so I realize that the hourly rate ended up to be cheaper with Yolandas Maids. So i save at least $200 with these guys and received an excellent cleaning job. Very detail and thorough.

You have to call them... I have to admit our house was a mess and my roommates and I decided on a cleaning service to help us out. I had papers and junk lying everywhere and with my 60hr work-week it would have taken me months to straighten my place out. I lost a money clip of several hundred dollars a while back and the cleaners found it & left it on my desk for me to see. All I have to say is that Yolandas Cleaning Maids are hardworking & honest people and they made our home look brand new again ! They did an awesome job.

Yolanda's Maid & Maintenance showed up an hour and a half LATE to a scheduled 8 am move out cleaning. They charged $150/hour for two ladies and they were incredibly slow. On top of this their vacuum broke about an hour into it and could not do 3/4s of the apartment. It still took them four hours.

Will not ever use again and would NEVER recommend to a friend. Maybe to an enemy.

Our house is on the market to be sold. I needed a deep cleaning from cleaning service that was reasonable, but very thorough. I called Brian with the request that they come out right away. They made it happen and I used them for bi-weekly cleanings ever since. I have used about 5 different cleaning services over the years. The others were overpriced, and not at all thorough. They do everything they promise and my house has never looked better. Most cleaning services will only clean to eye-level and that's it. They included a lot of things that the others do not, without charging extra. My favorite part is that the wood floors look like they are brand new -- something no other cleaning service has been able to do. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We used Yolandas Maid Service for the first time after moving into our new place. They worked with us patiently as we described exactly what we needed done. The cleaners were so friendly and cheerful and and hard worders. We've used other cleaners in the past and have never been this satisfied. By the looks of it their cleaning staff get paid well. I would guess that is the reason why we have top-notch cleaners. Would highly recommend.

Brian and his team were professional and clearly dedicated to high quality service. My place was dirty & dusty since it was empty for a while now. Though the job itself took longer than i thought almost nine house and some details the following day, i couldn't last that long but boy i'm glad the job was completed before i move in next week. The cleaning itself is great, and they follow up to make sure we're satisfied. The cleaners always remember our little requests to customize our cleaning. Highly recommended.

I have used several cleaning services in the ten years that I have been in the marina area, and have never been as impressed wth the service I received today. My house was in pretty bad shape, it was filthy and cluttered. I would have taken me weeks to clean it. The team cleaned & organized my home was extremely professional and returned my home to mint condition. I highly recommend this company

I strongly recommend Yolandas Maid & carpet cleaning service for home cleaning services. Martha Santos and her staff are punctual, thorough and do a thorough job everytime.. This is the 4th cleaning service we've tried, and it is definitely the best as far as rate and quality! They occationally miss a spot or two but they are still the best around.

It was very busy week and trying to move-in before the Thanksgiving holiday I had 2 days to clean my newly remodeled home. So after reading the reviews I called Yolandas Maid & they cleaned my home from top to bottom just after having new carpeting and hardwood flooring installed. In short, my house was a wreck from all the construction dust from the contracters work. They did an amazing job and my home gleamed like new. Highly recommended!

On our last project I had them perform a post-construction cleaning on our very dusty 4500 sqft home in the marina. Compared to the other services we have used in the past, they offers the best pricing for continued customers, with the most personalized service. It was busy thanksgiving week and cleaning was the last thing on my list. thankfully this was my second cleaning with the company and I must say I am impressed! Marta was so connected to my home and showed amazing care for my home on her first visit. Elaina and her husband were so professional and thourough its unbelievable! I would refer them to any friend or family member. They will surely become family as they took great care of mine! They were prompt and the cleaning was without error. After a friend recommend me, I started using Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning a little over 2 1/2 years ago when i was pregnant, and Martha and all her people have been really good. they're trustworthy, take directions easily and are very thorough. they'll even work on special organization projects, etc. instead of what they regularly do when they visit. just call & let them know!

As a first time customer and I was really surprised at how good my overall experience was with this company. I just moved into a new apartment and had a real mess left behind from the previous tenants. I called Yolandas Maid and carpet cleaning service for their "move in cleaning special". I paid a little more to have them steam clean my carpets with a machine which was so worth it because I am asthmatic and can't be around harsh chemicals. The 2 people who came were very nice and went beyond what the job called for. The old tenants had left behind a broken dresser, dishes and various other items which the cleaning crew took out with them. My apartment was cleaned very well and didn't have that musty odor it previously had. The end result of the cleaning was really amazing and I could not have been happier with the job. You get everything you expect and more. I recommend them

My mother is most of the time confined to a wheel chair and needs assistance feeding her and especially cleaning after her. I?ve been putting off having my mother?s place clean. Months became into years and years into more years. By then the house had become trashed and contaminated with crawling critters and they were everywhere in the kitchen drawer and cupboards, inside the refrigerator, toaster in her bed, the couch where she sits & eats all the time. They would literally craw on her as she sits & eats her food. I was needless to say both disgusted and ashamed to have my mother live in such unsanitary conditions and infestation. I called an exterminator but they couldn?t do anything until the house was clutter free and clean-up. I called a lot of maid services to come out to look at the house but most of them said they don?t do a big jobs like mines especially with crawling critters living in it. So I called Yolanda?s maid service and they came out to my place. I thought to myself if the house doesn?t scare them away the stench will but no the maids proceeded to clean away like it was no big deal for them. They washed out my refrigerator and remove years of dust/roach-eggs, dirt from all surfaces. They sweep, mop and remove all soapscum from bathtub walls, doors and basins. They clean the kitchen sink and remove all stains from it. They clean all spots off of the bathroom mirrors. & remove all sticky residue crawling critters leave behind from the bathroom floors and counters. They steam clean my carpets and did an awesome deep clean on the house. When I walk in the house didn?t have that awful stench anymore. It cost me a couple of Grands but Boy they saved my sanity and the house I grew up in. so felt so bad for the cleaning crew that had to endure such filthy conditions that I tip them each $100 each.

My house was dirty and it really needed a good, thorough overhaul. I had always used other cleaning companys like clean america, who charges alot cheaper but the people they would send was either way to young to know how to clean or under-paid cleaners who didn't care about their jobs. so i decided to spend a little more for premium services without the headaches. Yolandas maids show up early, they were movatived, and my house was spotless. highly recommended.

I recommend Yolandas Maid to my clients and have been so far please with their results. Many companys claim to specialize in Construction Clean Ups, but few cleaning service can back up their claim. They have great management and always address customers issues with consideration. Its good to know when one of my clients request a clean up job that Yolanda's maid service is one of the few professionals in Southern California qualified to provide professional commercial and residential cleaning.

So we called for a move-out cleaning service for a small 1-bedroom apartment. The place was not in very bad condition to start with, I simply didnt have time to scrub down the kitchen and bathroom so I thought I could call this service to help out. I made it VERY clear that we had no interest in paying any more than $300 for the service, as I knew from speaking with my landlord that there was no way more than that would be witheld from our deposit based on this cleaning.

After the cleaning was done, My wife gave them a credit card, they said that even though they had gone a bit over the amount of time we had specifically asked for, that it was ok and they would only charge the $300 we agreed upon. They did not give my wife a receipt, and then a few weeks later I see on my credit card statement they decided to charge $500!!! I called a number of times only to get an answering machine and then spoke with someone 2 times who told me he would look into it and never got a call back. I feel totally screwed over by these people and can not warn you enough to STAY AWAY! Over charging, or working more hours than asked is one thing, but actually lying and telling us it costs one price and then taking advantage of not providing a receipt to charge more later is just wrong!.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a cleaning service in my life.

I only have good things to say about this company. My mother has been ill for a long time and is now confined to a wheelchair, they have been so supportive and the crew that visits is just wonderful. As my mother can drop many things now the house can get quite messy but the 2 hours we pay for is used most effectively and the house is always spotless. When my mother went into hospital for a month the company was so helpful and froze the payments until she was well enough to return home, this was a huge weight of my mind during that worrying time. Once the cleaner called me the morning she was due to visit because her child was ill but these things happen and she made up the hours later that week. It is so good that with the reference checks that the company implements, the cleaners can have a key to get in as my mother is sometimes still in bed and they make sure she is not disturbed. All I can give them is ten out of ten, the help and compassion they have shown me is outstanding. ...

They were able to organized a replacement for me when my regular person was out do to the Memorial holiday and if I need to give any special requests they have always been great. it was a holiday weekend and most cleaning service were close but not Yolandas' Maid. they send some one to cover for my regular person. Martha is wonderful, one of the best cleaners I have ever had! The temporary holiday cover cleaners are not as good as the regular ones, but I definitely recommend the service.

Yolanda?s team came in and did a superb job cleaning 6 years of dust and grime at my grand mothers place. The quality of the work done was second to none. And, they were very understanding about how we needed to clear out the dust because of my son's allergies and certain areas of the house my folks didn't want cleaned. The bathrooms and kitchen was spotless and the bookshelves, pictures, windows, doors were very thoroughly cleared of dust.. The staff is curtiouse, friendly and a stack of fun. This is part of my A list but to make them yours you must call them first you won't regreat it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommended.

I would like to give credit where credit is due: after all they did a nice job cleaning my very messy loft. I was hard to deal with at times since i'm very picky and detailed but the staff remained friendly and professional. the only thing i was not happy with was that they didn't clean the inside of my refrigerator and throw out any spoil food. I called customer service to express my dissatisfaction and they said they were going to send someone out the next day to to clean out my refrigerator. Overall the cleaning was ok but i give them credit on their professionalism and attitude.
