I bought my first car from quirk Nissan and I have to say I had a great experience! Me and my boyfriend came in and met with Darren birks who was absolutely amazingly helpful. He was not pushy and he made being there fun! He helped me with all my questions and signed the same day! He did all he could for us to have an easy experience. I recommend going to him because he was very casual and made you feel comfortable! I will def be referring people to him! And I will consider buying my next car from the for sure! My wife and me have a C class mercedes for the past 8 years, it start getting old, we give it to out daughter, and bought a 2010 Nissan Altima from Jay Li at Quirk Nissan, he is very good, he direct us to the right car within a short time. We drove the car home within 2 hours. This is the first time I have Japenese car, it drive just like my Mercedes, but it is half of the price we spend compare to the Merces. My wife and me both retire now. We can spend the money we save at other thing we need.

A family member recommended to this dealership and hearing such great things I figured I'd give it a shot. As I walked in a salesman approached me, he was very friendly and warmhearted. I felt very comfortable around him, and this turned out to be the guy I was going to buy a car from, Mike Morris. Mike went out of his way to show me the options, and not to mention he listened to the amount of money that was willing to spend. I had a really great experience overall. I'm so glad I picked Quirk Nissan to get my car. Not just mentioning Mike, but everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional and respectable. Mike Morris was my salesman. He was very laid back and courteous, and very friendly. definitely not your typical salesman. What stuck out for me was how Mike went to work to get me the best deal possible on my Pathfinder. Also, the facility is very new and large but the people inside are not intimidating despite the size of the dealership. Great experience overall. Thanks Mike and Quirk Nissan.

I have serviced my car at quirk for a while now, find it excellent!!! Last week I was in for an oil change and a headlight bulb when a gentleman, who I had never seen working there before, opened the door for me and said " good morning, please, after you" his name was Paul Mercier, a new sales manager.
After checking in at the service desk, I sat in the waiting area. My car was finished in great time.
As I was leaving, Mr Mercier was outside looking at a car. He asked me how I liked my Nissan Altima. I responded "it's been a great car"
(2004)
He responded " it's been? Sounds like your ready for a newer car"
And i actually was ready!!! But it was on the back burner until Mr Mercier greeted me that morning!!!
Needless to say, he gave me a great deal on a 2010 altima, which I will continue to service at Quirk.

Last Sunday, October 31st I went to Quirk inquiring about a car. I stumbled upon Keith Jafri. Keith was nothing shy of a fantastic salesman. He was not pushy, he was not excited to "make a deal" right away. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I had inquired about. I just bought my first new car from quirk nissan .
I called every nissan dealer for best price for altima and they all gave me the run around about they have the best around and when i go over to buy the car eather the price is more by ading extra fees or they dont have the car(it's just sold).
Until I called Quirk Nissan , George Frihat unswered my call he gave the price which it was better price and he had the car i was looking for, iwent down there and in one houre I was driving my new car home , not only that George was the finance manager and he get 0% finance with no money down at all.

One broke away from the pack with me looking like turkey dinner until I gave him the name of the Internet Sales Mgr I was there to see. Very polite, they all followed into the showroom and began looking out the massive windows for their next prey.

If your looking for a used car or new car, dont bother with Quirk Nissan. Try to imagine the most symbolic dealership for sale tactics that dirty salesmen attempt. Quirk Nissan is the exact dealership.

Do you see a car they have on their internet listings? Dont expect them to honor the price. I guarantee you, this dealership will try every tactic in the book to catch you sleeping on the deal. If you do not know how to buy a car, dont try Quirk Nisan because they will cost you alot of money. First they will try to high-ball you with a rediculous asking price so they make you believe that taking off a few grand is a big favor. Second they will low ball you on any trade you have so that when you ask them for more money for your trade, they make it seem as if its a favor. Know your car's value, and know the value of the car your buying. Now, if you attempt to stick to your guns, you begin to get their sarcasm and attitude. Especially from behind the management desk. They will most likely make facial remarks at your concerns or questions as if to guilt you into their scheme. Dont fall for it. Third, they wont give you a deal, period and they will hound you like dogs every single day. Some may say this is good salesmanship, its not. TRUST ME ITS NOT. Why this dealer is still in business is a mystery to me but all I can think of is one reason. They get the people who dont know how to protect themselves from being screwed. Many people dont know how to buy a car or do any research, and many people are too excited that they pay anything and this is the type of buyer Quirk needs. Recommendations? Even if your a good buyer who has done his homework, dont bother going there and save yourself the headache no matter how good a car appears. I am currently shopping for a small SUV and I stopped by Quirk Nissan yesterday to take a look at Rouge. I was greeted by a salesman (his name is Dom) and after a little bit of chatting, he asked if I wanted to test drive, which I did. After the test, he asked me if there was anything he could do to cut me a deal. I told him that I am still looking at my options and I was not going to buy yesterday. All of a sudden, Dom asked me for my social security # to check my credit and I refused to give him that since I wasn't going to buy. He flipped! He told me that I was wasting his time and he demanded me to give him $20 for the test drive. I said "you are kidding, right?". He looked at me with a straight face and said "no, do you have a credit card?". I, of course, refused to pay him. I was going to walk out of there and then, he told me "why don't I talk to my manager". He came back with the manager, who asked me what I thought about the car and if they can cut me a deal; I said no and then I asked "what is the deal with the $20?". The manager looked surprised and I explained that the salesman asked me $20 for test driving. The manager asked him "did you?"; Dom looked all embarrassed and said "I was joking", which obviously, he wasn't. So, the manager told me that he would talk to Dom. I have never heard of anyone who would pay to test drive a car and this is one of the most ridiculous moment in my life. Bottomline, the salesperson reflects how the dealership does business. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!
