Welcome to Flamar Engineering LLC! We began business in 2004 by Mr. Flavio and Marcio Rezende. Our company staffs engineers, an engineering technician/ drafter and office staff. Our engineers perform all structural design for residential, commercial, light industrial and pools. The objective of our business is to provide a high quality professional and reliable service for our customers. Flavio Rezende, president of the company is involved in all aspects of the structural engineering for residential and commercial projects. He prepares designs in accordance to codes in the states of Nevada and Arizona. He is also responsible for training new engineers and managing the company. He has had extensive involvement in all aspects of design from proposal to analyses on a variety of materials including concrete, steel, wood, masonry, steel, as well as, most contemporary building materials. He also performs on-site observations and prepared necessary calculations and details.
